The biriyani and the chili chicken tasted okay but not the authentic taste I was looking for. The biriyani had lots of peppers and green peas and was not good. The chilly chicken was more or less like butter chicken and was very sweet. The place was neat.

They're open again!Welcome India has been my go to Indian cuisine for the past few years. The food is good and priced well and the staff is friendly. I am a big fan of their chicken makani.I am so excited they're open again. Welcome (back) India.

After Rasoi closed (and never reopened ?) Welcome became our go-to Indian restaurant. Love the food, the prices, and the combo deals.I really hope Welcome reopens soon!(Maybe cement blocks/poles around the building is a good idea)

I have never had a bad experience here. The first time I got the chicken tikka masala, I wondered if they had served me the wrong dish because it looked different than what I’m used to, but it’s delicious. The saag paneer is the best around. I have also enjoyed the korma and non-veg thali. This is by far the best Indian place in the area, don’t bother with any others. (They also go spicy so be sure to order mild if you don’t like heat!)

Welcome India is probably the oldest Indian restaurant within a 10 mile radius. It's definitely the oldest Indian restaurant in Framingham and where, over 15 years ago, I first fell in love with Indian food.Their chicken curry, malai kofte and naan were my favorites. I'm also a fan of their mint yogurt chutney and onion chutney. I've never seen these two anywhere else and only partly been able to replicate them myself.Their buffet (which is obviously suspended due to the pandemic) and their 'dinners for one or two' are both good deals. In the many times I've had the buffet over the years, I've never once regretted it. The desserts, chutney and naan included with it are always very good.Welcome is catered to an American crowd more than an Indian one. The taste of their food reflects this balance between authenticity and broader appeal.Welcome India, as the name suggests, is a great introduction to Indian food. I hope they survive the pandemic and keep the most reliable buffet in Framingham alive.

My favorites are Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Vindaloo (medium). I really enjoy their Naan (bread), too! This is delicious and I definitely will be ordering food here when I crave for Northern Indian cuisine!

The place has some really good flavor and dishes are spiced well. I tried 5-6 items on my order and all but 1 were good. The chicken tikka is just horrible and they should take that out from the menu because they don't know how to make it. Everything else tasted good, Briyani, Kheema naan, dal makhani and some snacks were all amazing.

Delicious food and surprisingly fast service. The portions are generous and the naan is both fluffy and crisp at the same time. The lamb saag and tandoori chicken blew us away, highly recommend. May God grant this restaurant much success!

I got the non-veg hot appetizer for takeout. It was very dry and room temperature. The tiki masala was very spicy, which isn’t a bad thing just a warning. Chicken was a bit dry.

YUM! This is our favorite Indian restaurant. It is consistent. Everything is tasty. A great option for takeout. Huge servings. They only do takeout and they have a great system for just that.

I have been going here for years. Tonight when I went to pick up, the place was visibly dirty. The chicken tikka was basically plain grilled chicken. The curry my daughter was spicy nut not flavorful. Sad to see the place go downhill.

This was my first Indian restaurant experience in Massachusetts. I have ordered a non veg meal for one person from their menu for take away as they don't have dine in option opened yet.Coming to the food, It had a veg samosa, daal, naan, jeera rice, chicken Tikka masala and some kebab items. The samosa was double fried and the quality of it was not great, the kebabs were bland and cold, the chicken curry dish was average and the best thing was the daal and rice in that whole food. I don't think that a lot of Indian's visit this place as well. Because most of the folks coming for take away were non Asians. I hope they improve the food quality so that more Indians can enjoy the food as well.

This is my favorite restaurants to visit when in Framingham. I was in last week, the owner was so kind to give my young daughter some ice cream to try. It was very sweet and meant a lot.
