This Dunkin is consistently awful, they never execute any coffee correctly don’t bother getting signature lattes you’ll receive hot milk that’s it, not sure why it’s so hard to make the product right when that’s what their job consists of, skip this location by all means

The last two times I have gone to the store I've had a problem with the employees while giving my order at the driveup they are very rude and rush you while your placing the order. So I had to go inside because they didn't give the correct order. The response from the second employee was what do you want!! Huge attitude from a little girl. A second employee, Who i assume was the Manager, and person at the window the first time, stepped in and said I'll take care of this. Who was alsojust rude . I will be sending a message to the upper management of this store.

I go with my husband every day for coffee and tea. The last two weeks the tea has tasted bad. I think their tap needs to be cleaned. I can’t take more than a sip. It’s disgusting. The food is also gross. Don’t bother with anything but donuts and pastries. Even that’s hit or miss.

This Dunkin is way overpriced and seems like there may be more support needed for their staff as I’ve been treated very poorly when I do rarely go to this location. I hope they can improve things for their sakes, but I won’t be back to this location!

Went in this afternoon around 3 and ordered a bacon egg cheese sandwich on a bagel. Waited patiently for over 20 mins and then ask the worker nicely about my order. She so rudely interrupted me mid sentence to say she is busy and only has one oven and to just wait. Which I did, waited another 15 minutes for her to make my sandwich. At that time I asked if there was a manager available and they got even more rude. Told me I got what I give, which makes no sense cause I was very nice and pleasant. I Put a call into corporate right when I left, I’ll be following up with them for sure. No one will ever speak to me disrespectfully the way these Dunkin’ Donuts workers think they can. Completely unacceptable and the worst service ever. These woman should be ashamed of themselves and their behavior.

The manager there currently (Feb 2024) is well.. rude. But other than that the only mistakes they’ve ever gotten on my order is not adding the correct amount of sugar into my tea or giving me an extra donut when they have extra. I highly recommend ordering online and getting the points. The wait times when you don’t use the app may be a bit annoying especially in the mornings.

I don’t even know where to start! I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts from when the shop First opened till close. Then moved across the street. Amanda is The manager she’s a very sweet lady very very nice. However very poor judgment when it comes to hiring employees . because she hires very young girls. That talk about personal issues at the front counter Front of us customers. There is this one employee who is extremely , disgustingly rude all the Time to me and other customers . I go to the shop every morning & evening have my coffee and breakfast. Only because it’s convenient for me because I live in the area.The place is filthy they do not clean the front where we all sit and have our coffee. Liz is Very rude to employees. She acts as if we are a burden yet she will not have her job if it was not for us customers. I notice she treats all us customers terrible very very rude to us all nasty attitude.Theirs not one time I don’t see a employee looking over whelmed or Arguing among each other about orders. I NEVER seen a company go through employees every 2 months like this Dunkins Donuts Has. Ever since the shop has opened they go through new employee every single month . It seems like every month they have a new employee. I think The shop needs to be under new management and I feel terrible to say this because Amanda seems such like a nice lady. She just has verypoor judgment when it comes to hiring employees. She needs to hire older mature employees. These young girls have no patience, or respect for their elders or people in general to speak about their personal in-front of us customers . Keep your personal conversations away from customers. We don’t want to hear about your sex life or your baby daddy or as soon as they get out of work they’re hitting the Blunt The way they talk & the vocabulary they use is so unprofessional. Their always complaining about their manager,I see them always talking about their manager Amanda.They complain how she overworks them. They always complain to customers home they’re only supposed to serve coffee and food.And she has them doing deep heavy cleaning like mopping, stalking, taking out very heavy trash, taking appliances apart , then having sinks filled to the top with Heavy parts of appliances & dishes.Now don’t get me wrong if that is the case.And I don’t blame them for being mad that’s a lot for someone who’s hired to just serve customers . I can see you light cleaning but that’s too much if that is the case . That’s probably why their employees are taking it out on us customers .Then they need to hire someone for that purpose only. they cannot overwork their staff. because they’re taking it out on us customers , they are hiring new employees every month is not a good Look and I’m tired of being greeted by someone new all the time with a nasty attitude! It’s like these employees don’t wanna be there. They rush me when I am at counter trying to figure out what I want to order. My sandwiches are always undercooked my sausage is always raw. Hashbrowns are always burnt. I notice when I order my iced coffee they put dirty spoons to steer my iced coffee. Surprised no one has had allergic reaction yet how they will mix different soft drinks using the same spoon without rinsing it. There have been times where they had to use one register for the front counter, drive-through, and online orders, that has happened to me a few times where I had to wait one hour for my food or to get my cash back I could not believe what I was seeing. Place is always filthy. Amanda he’s a very kind lady, she really is she just needs to make changes because it’s not working she needs to figure out where she’s going wrong in this place. And I hope she got rid of that Liz lady I have not been there in a while I finally had enough of that place!!!
