Dunks has lost its passion for making a good cup of coffee but is ok in a pinch. Consistency in training from location to location i believe is the larger contributing factor. The Middleboro dunks is one of the better locations in my opinion

The franchisee is a money grabber . Capitalistic greed right here on display for my smart phone eyes !!!
It’s all about their money.
AVERAGE .20 to .75c more for same product elsewhere. Some items more $1 plus than other locations.
I order at Dunkin all over and THIS ONE IS $$$$

Best to save your points and visit this one .

Staff is always friendly .
So if the owner of the franchise replies - stating they pay the staff well - I’m ok with that .

staff is always rude and if they make a mistake they give an attitude about fixing it. ordered in the drive thru and the order was incorrect on the screen i ordered a caramel latte she put decaf. i said it wasn’t right and at the window she had an attitude saying it was just a mistake. got home realized it was a completely wrong coffee she gave me a pumpkin coffee w cream and sugar. when i went back they were avoiding servicing me making eye contact and walking away before giving me a new coffee which wasnt even full. i go here all the time and 9/10 theres a problem

The guy with the dreads is very disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to listen. He messed up and is trying to take it out on the customer. Throwing a receipt at me because he messed up. I said I wanted twice so that it is purposely written on the receipt because I am ordering for a disabled person. This dude is so lazy that he didn’t put it in the correct way did not print out a ticket to prove it’s what ordered. If life is this hard for you bro you should probably seek medical attention.

Sorry, but someone's gotta say it. The kid with the dreads is so rude. I gave him a second chance today, not only can he not make coffee but he throws food together like he has a personal vendetta against the customer. I try to be polite to him and he's just miserable. The food is burnt or thrown into the wrapper messily, coffee not made correctly etc. There are other reviews saying the employees here are awful but I've never had a problem with any employee other than him. I'm not sure why he is allowed to speak to customers the way he does. I feel bad even writing this, but I hope he takes this as an opportunity to improve his attitude. You get what you give 💜

The worst dunks ever. If you go at 8 pm, no latte. If you go at 8 30 pm, no hot coffee. The night crew stars closing as soon as they get there. I live a min away and it is better for me to drive to Berkley

This place has gone down hill so bad never make coffee right I’m not one to complain but it’s been many encounters and the guy Joseph is so ignorant and rude I have no clue how he still has a job because I have heard so many people complain about him he should have been fired a long time ago

If you want normal Dunkin’ Donuts, food and coffee in a somewhat timely fashion, do not go to the East Freetown, Dunkin’ Donuts! You will wait 15 minutes in the drive-through line with only three cars in front of you! Then, when you get to the window, they are all talking and fooling around and not doing their jobs! It honestly happens every time! It is actually the slowest and most unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and aggravating enough for me to feel the need to post this!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN LINE! YOU WILL BE LATE FOR WORK!! I was the 3rd car in line at 7:45. By 7:55, 10 minutes later, I was now the 2nd car in line, and the car in front of me had yet to order. I had to leave the line or else I would have been late for work. When I went around, there was NO ONE at the windows, not even a client! That is so unacceptable. I should have been in and out within 5 minutes. VERYYYY Poorly managed Dunkin. I went straight to Honey Dew and was in and out in 2 minutes! Now that's service.

Wish I could give no stars...
This particular Dunkin is run so poorly.
Its full if negativity and attitude.
Don't bother asking to speak to a manager on duty, it falls on deaf ears.
This will be the last time at this location.....

Not very nice service :/ also ordered two if the same coffees & the one on the left tastes like they brewed it with cigarette ash. Not sure how the colors are so off lol

Place has been awful since way before they moved locations… same workers same careless attitude.. threw my breakfast out because it was burnt to a crisp which was a bagel twist prepared by the “manager”
