The manager there currently (Feb 2024) is well.. rude. But other than that the only mistakes they’ve ever gotten on my order is not adding the correct amount of sugar into my tea or giving me an extra donut when they have extra. I highly recommend ordering online and getting the points. The wait times when you don’t use the app may be a bit annoying especially in the mornings.

I'm not sure what's going on over there. The staff are all very nice and attentive, or at least they all seem to be. But every since the Dunkin across the street closed and permanently moved here, something's been up with the coffee. I'm not sure if it's the plumbing / water, or if their processes / procedures have changed, but the coffee always tastes burnt and bitter.
