About 1 month ago end of January. It Was an early sat evening late afternoon (430 pm). i got a gift certificate for Xmas so I figured we could use it an go grab an early dinner. Restaurant was absolutely dead .only folks in there were perhaps 8 to 10 sitting at the bar , 2 booths one with 2 people in it up front near ordering desk , there was another booth with 4 people in the back an 1 larger 6 to 8 top on the back wall, they were with folks in back booth . When I tell you thier were no other booths filled or tables in main dinning area or in back by bathrooms . I think thier was 1 more 4 top table in the middle by the bar which as i entered it looked like that 4 top table was on its way out ... so we waited about 5 mins to be greater at desk no one was there when we walked in.. then there was 2 people at desk discussing something intensly , we asked for a booth the person sitting us he seemed confused or distracted . So he grabed 2 menus an began to sit us at the smalles 2 top in the house on the left side of main dinning rm with 4 tops all around us an all over the restaurant which were empty . As I said , all other than 2 booths were open. I looked around an politely asked him again thinking maybe he did not hear me the first time . So again I requested a booth ... the person was flustered and he answered me saying no you can sit here its our only table since we have reservations tonight. I was thrown back an asked do you need reservation to come here ? He answered no we take walk ins too . Ok so I asked, well are all your reservations for 5pm? As I mentioned it was only 430 when we walked in there and the places was empty,. I did not get an answer other than well you want this table , again I asked politely for a booth an added in we are here now ot does not look like anyone else is here an would like a booth . The guy became rude an said this is intake it or leave it . I told gee I hope all your reservation show up but no we are not taking it and we left . Needless to say we have not been back since an not so sure if oi will be anytime soon.. maybe a good thing After reading some of the more recent reviews on quality of food drink an service they are repoting . Yeah I dont think we will be going back all too soon at all....

Every time we go we can’t get the ribs , it’s the only reason we to this place and they never have it. We try other things on the menu and it’s always crappy. The chicken wrap last night was soaked in water from the big pile of soggy lettuce they threw in it. Thankfully they took it off the bill . They are in desperate need of a good kitchen manager that makes sure the cook is taking pride in the plates that leave that kitchen. You’re gonna charge 17 for two little pieces of chicken and plop a bucket of soggy lettuce. Too bad cuz it’s a nice place , been three times and won’t go back

I ordered a linguica pizza. Very bland, hardly any sauce. The linguica wasn't good. ( Just my opinion ) Maybe they should try another brand of linguica. Crust was good. Service was excellent.

We both had pizza, and it was REALLY good! Went back today. I had pizza again. There was live music starting about 1pm and it was very enjoyable.

Went there for drinks and apps before the big storm. Started off with the upside down pineapple caketini, it was ok .. nothing spectacular. What WAS shocking was the price and size. I’ve never paid so much for a drink that looked more like a shot than anything else. For apps I got the tavern nachos. Someone dinning with me worded it perfectly “ those look like someone who’s never seen what nachos are made them” the taste matched. Next was the pretzel sticks, nothing memorable. I also got the stuffed quahog which I was so excited about and the most disappointed by. The stuffing was soaking wet..almost paste textured, the flavor of smoke was so overwhelming that immediately asked for the check and headed to crossroads liquor to drown my sorrows of wasted money. Most likely won’t be back. I have heard the pizza is good so who knows.

Usually Profile is great, not sure if a bunch of cooks and servers called out, but took an hour and a half to get our meals. Got the Portuguese steak and the egg was raw with runny egg white on top. The bbq chicken was burnt to a crisp and mashed potatoes tasted like they were sitting in a tray for days. I hate to give not a great review because profile is a close and decent spot. But definitely put a sour taste to not come back for awhile.

We've tried them several times and the food is just meh! I was hoping for something better than the Nephews for this location but it's on par with mediocre.
Joyce is “simple the best” . She listens, she's personable, and we look forward to always seeing her when we visit! She and Heidi are the foundation of Profile Tavern and Joey is a cool, hard working employee !!

The draft beer is terrible. The lines don’t appear to be either cleaned or flushed regularly. The blue moon was served completely flat. You’re a tavern make your beer a priority

Ordered the steak tips for $30… got it home and there were 3.5 small steak tips, way over cooked, and just disappointing.
