Dined in and got the brisket that was just taken off the smoker. Really good flavor, just not as tender of brisket as I’ve had. But I’ve had brisket at SugarFire in St.Louis and that’s the best I’ve ever had. Collard greens were good flavor too just a bit too salty. Loved the squash. All around close to southern food as I’ve had in a while! Love the selections. I love how they’ve updated the inside since it was nephews!
This was our first time at The Profile. We see what we've been missing. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Truly an enjoyable experience. This will become one of our "go to" places in the future.
Dougie the server was excellent. The side on our orders were mixed up when they arrived. We had to separate the correct ones to match our orders at the table. My beef brisket was very fatty, almost half of the slices were just fat.
