I don't believe I've ever seen fish that large for fish and chips. Fries were excellent; cole slaw just the way I like it; fast, friendly service; and lots of parking.

A favorite place of ours. Seafood chowder basically New England clam chowder. Decent portions. Food is usually cooked right the first time. Free popcorn to munch on while waiting for your meal. TV screens located throughout the restaurant, pretty much visible from every seat.

I’ve eaten here many times and had a very good experience, however this time was an absolutely terrible experience. I arrived with my mom for an early dinner and in the entire left side section there was only one other group seated. We noticed immediately that the music was not only very loud but the songs were what you’d expect at a dance party. Extremely annoying and agitating. We asked the server if she would mind turning it down so my mom and I could hear each other talking and she was very brisk and dismissive saying she’d “try” but it was all automated or some nonsense and she couldn’t do much. When she returned she was more dismissive and rude, saying she had turned it down, which she did not. She asked if we wanted to speak to the manager and we did. He was just as flip, and actually acted as though the music wasn’t loud. They had no interest in keeping our business so we left before ordering. I will not be eating at this location again. I will take my business and my money elsewhere and I suggest others do as well.

Dined in earlier today with an old mentor/friend from university, and I had a positive experience. Ninety-Nine is one of my favorite restaurant chains, and I have always enjoyed the food here (today I had the fish filet tacos which I recommend to anyone who likes fish/seafood). Morgan, our waitress, is a beautiful young lady and she took good care of us. So, thank you Morgan and Ninety-Nine of Gardner for helping make my get together with a dear mentor meaningful!

Food was on POINT! I eat my steak rare, and this place didn't disappoint. I had the 8oz sirloin with a fully loaded baked potato, my fiance ordered himself two meals, he was hungry hungry...he had the country fried chicken with gravy and the shrimp and lobster casserole. Everything was delicious, the service was fast, the hostess and waitress were friendly,and the atmosphere was relaxing. A little loud, but the place was packed, so the noise was expected. For 100 bucks, it was a great date night and I highly recommend.

We love the 99s. All have been basically the same with friendliness and atmosphere. For some reason tho, everytime my friend would have rice with her meal it was not hot but cool. So now she orders a 🔥 baked potato. I must mention, for a couple of years now i haven't been happy with the summer and reg dinner salads have been less choices.
