Dined in earlier today with an old mentor/friend from university, and I had a positive experience. Ninety-Nine is one of my favorite restaurant chains, and I have always enjoyed the food here (today I had the fish filet tacos which I recommend to anyone who likes fish/seafood). Morgan, our waitress, is a beautiful young lady and she took good care of us. So, thank you Morgan and Ninety-Nine of Gardner for helping make my get together with a dear mentor meaningful!

Food was on POINT! I eat my steak rare, and this place didn't disappoint. I had the 8oz sirloin with a fully loaded baked potato, my fiance ordered himself two meals, he was hungry hungry...he had the country fried chicken with gravy and the shrimp and lobster casserole. Everything was delicious, the service was fast, the hostess and waitress were friendly,and the atmosphere was relaxing. A little loud, but the place was packed, so the noise was expected. For 100 bucks, it was a great date night and I highly recommend.

We love the 99s. All have been basically the same with friendliness and atmosphere. For some reason tho, everytime my friend would have rice with her meal it was not hot but cool. So now she orders a 🔥 baked potato. I must mention, for a couple of years now i haven't been happy with the summer and reg dinner salads have been less choices.

Take out order - Chicken tenders were too crunchy & potato skins were too small & overcooked, sorry I spent the money. XL order of tenders wasn't much more than the regular order. I'm VERY SAD!

99 is always a solid choice. I personally prefer trying out mom and pop places and not chain restraunts. I never have an issue with the food or service in this location. Went to watch the first game of the season on a Friday night. The place was busy, and we had service every quickly, food was made well and the drink specials were phenomenal!

Service was friendly and quick. I Had prime rib, dining companion had Chicken Parmesan. PRIME RIB WAS SIRLOIN, not ribeye. Been in the biz 40 years. It was tasty, but dry AF. No marbling, very lean and tough. Ordered medium rare, came closer to medium. Salad was wonderful, appetizer( pretzel bites) was good. Chicken parm portion was more than adequate, but overcooked and dry. Probably will be back as waitress was great, won't order beef.
Went here on two different occasions. On the first trip here we arrived maybe 30 minutes after open. We were quickly shown a table and then maybe 20-30 minutes later we were introduced to our waitress. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for menus. The second time I order a pasta dish and found a piece of plastic in my food. The service was also incredibly slow and I literally went about 20 minutes after being seated before getting introduced to my server and getting a menu. Will never be going back to this place.

We had the best waitress ever today. Allyssa was very attentive. She stopped by multiple times asking if we needed anything being specific with suggestions. She was very helpful with the app getting my reward. We would love to have her every time we go there.

The staff was very detailed and attentive. The food came out quickly and was very well timed. Their menu had a few offerings marked as gluten free. I had the house salad and it was good with the balsamic dressing. Others in my party appeared to enjoy their food and took some home. Getting into the parking lot was a little challenging-that intersection is busy and complex.
