We had a great experience at this place. The service was efficient and friendly, and the food was served promptly and cooked perfectly. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, including very good seafood. It's decent value for money and has a comfortable, family-friendly sports pub atmosphere. I have no major complaints and highly recommend it.
This won’t be the typical review but it needs to be out there. We went into the Gardner Ma 99 (frequent flyers) and the server we had today is beyond amazing. Their name is Kipper and they were the sweetest most kind person to have served us. My 8 year old son brought his Kirby stuffy with him and Kipper complimented him and was so amused by my sons acting with Kirby. Bonus they like Kirby as well. At the end my son had a melt down about something and Kipper noticed and he instantly...
Our party of 4 had Morgan as a server and we couldn’t have ask for anyone better. Her knowledge of the menu and promptness along with complete customer service was second to none. Corporate should take note to be sure to retain this young lady and utilize her and her abilities as a corporate trainer.
