I usually only hit up the drive through at this location but today I decided to go inside to eat and I was appalled by the sight of this place. There were cobwebs in every single window along with dead bugs scattered along every windowsill. There was fingerprints and smears of god knows what on each and every window including the doors to the main entrance. The entire dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all summer. Oh ya, and the burger buns were stale. The music in the dining room was also obnoxiously loud.

Unfortunately, the new owner is absolutely scuzzy. Go on the Gardner Massachusetts Facebook page and look at the videos they posted from the back room. Absolutely disgusting having water and leak gauge come down from the ceiling onto the food along with dust. There’s no way they pulled permits for the work they had done this new owner is a shyster.

Advertises as 24 hour but only in drive through. If you're out late in a work van or box truck that doesn't fit they say tough luck and don't even acknowledge your presence. Aren't the least bit accommodating and don't at least come to the door to ask what you would like. You'd figure in the 1am-4am time slot you'd take any sale possible to pay for the 3 to 4 employees you can see sitting behind the counter

This is, by far the WORST location. I'm surprised they're still open. The service has never been decent. Today I waited for a few minutes before saying hello, and I got back a "yeah" as a response. That was just the beginning of the horrible service there, and oddly enough, it's the norm there. At least the food is okay still.

Ordered delivery through Uber on Friday night it was snowy roads sucked I knew it would take a while that was ok. But when it did get here it was 3 chicken sandwiches on the wrong bun I ordered 2 whoppers and a chicken sandwiches the stickers where on them so I know they just didn’t care

This place should be shut down honestly, I've never had fast food this bad.. in 40 yrs. The first time I figured maybe a bad day, months later kids gave me no choice they only wanted BK, 3rd time that's all on me I should known better. There mayo was disgusting it smelled bad, looked yellow and tasted like miracle whip that was left out too long, I asked for certain things not on my sandwich and I could see pieces of it on there like they just unwrapped an old one and took it off poorly. The fries tasted like they were cooked in 3 month old oil that is also used to strip leather. Everytime the. People were rude and service was super slow, which when the establishment is run the way it is I'm not surprised. You get what you give in the food industry but don't subject yourself to this just go elsewhere.

BK is my favorite fast food place. The woman who helped me, April, was great. My sticker on the double cheeseburger even said correctly NO MUSTARD... of course I drove away finding ONLY mustard.

Was hungry but forgot why I stopped goin to BK. Did the drive though. Got home. The burger was still cold in the middle an fries 1/2 cooked. 12 $ wasted.
The lady who took my order at the drive through was so rude and disrespectful. Got my order wrong and went in to change it. Was rude in that process as well.

Don’t come here before they close. They take their time. Which is fine. 15 minutes in the drive thru isn’t a super big deal as I am a fast food worker too so I get it.
My complaint, is if you’re going to make me wait 15 minutes, my food better be hot and good. My food was neither one, not even lukewarm. It was about to be ice cold. Both my burger and my fries. They also forgot my straw for my drinks. And we’re out of items I wanted. I am sure during the day is a lot better. But if you want a late night snack, don’t go here.
