Yeah, if you want to wait until next year for your food, this is a good place to get it. Only 3 cars and they had us wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru! Never coming back. I'd rather go to McDonald's where it takes less than 4 minutes to get your food and leave.

This place don’t clean there bathrooms I went to the bathroom and I stuck to the floor that is just gross.the food is good . And the service but clean the bathroom

Dump ,, every time u hit the drive thru they adk you to pull around sit out front and wait,, just so they can get a better score on there drive thru times . It's a poorly managed fast food restaurant , needs a major change asap

I’ve been to many Burger King in my days, but none compared to the service that Phil delivered tonight. If Guy Fieri was to visit a Burger King, it would be the one in Gardner, Massachusetts. Phil deserves a promotion to general manager or a nationwide spokesman.

I waited 28 minutes in the drive through line at this Gardner MA BK. Maybe 5 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window, no apologies for the wait by the staff. Ive never seen a slower drive through. Never again.

We went to get a dollar coffee thinking that is a great deal if you say the coffe is smaller than a penny not litarly but it was tiny!And the person taking our order was pushy and rude!We only got drinks but based on when we did get food in the past ewww!!!The drive through took twenty minutes for one person to get their food NOT KIDDING!Do NOT go to this place!!!!
This morning I went into Burger King while I wasn’t feeling well. When I asked for a moment at the speaker, the employee didn’t hear me. I raised my voice slightly so they could hear, but I wasn’t trying to be rude. After that, they made me wait even though there was no one in front of me. This location consistently shows poor customer service. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years, and I believe that if someone doesn’t want to do their job properly, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. The attitude at this store is unprofessional. At the end I just drove off!

It's a Burger King fast food restaurant. Food is cooked/prepared to order, so you do have to wait a few minutes. We've never been disappointed with freshness, temperature of food, or cleanliness of the restaurant. It is an older restaurant, but it gets the job done!

Never a negative experience here! Cheap, good food served hot & fresh. Friendly team. Speedy drive thru. Large parking lot with trash receptacle which makes it more convenient for customers who want to eat in their vehicles. I would definitely recommend their Whopper's if you're interested in a burger, or Whopper Jr. if you have less of an appetite. Their chicken nuggets are also very good, as well as their chicken sandwiches. If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely try an Oreo shake! Thick, creamy & delicious. I prefer BK over McDonald's or Wendy's any day! No offense to either franchise, as I do like both. I believe this location is open late also.
