My friend and I ate there today and it was anything but pleasant. For starters, it took our waitress 10 minutes after we got our food to bring us silverware. I ordered a side of sourdough toast and she forgot to bring it with my order. She apologized and said it would be right up and 10 min later it still wasn’t there. I then went up to the counter to remind her about the toast and she apologized for the 3rd time about forgetting and I said no problem. 10 more minutes went by and she waited until I went to the bathroom to ask my buddy if the toast ever came, which she replied no. She has the audacity to BLAME THE COOK for not bringing me my toast. At this point my buddy and I have named this situation Toastgate. We are actually questioning if they ever actually had sourdough toast back there. She apologized for a 4th time on the way out about the toast. At this point we were questioning everything. She never refilled our waters when it was clear we were violently hungover. My buddy got bottomless coffee and she never refilled his cup making it NOT bottomless coffee. At the end of the day, the waitress was a nice woman. She just may want to look for a different occupation moving forward

We passed through town and came across this diner on a Monday morning . We were welcomed by the waitress with a big smile ! She was polite, sweet and friendly! Our waitress was the only staff on the floor on this extremely busy Monday. She absolutely killed it and made sure all of her customers were taken care of in a timely manner. The food is great and the diner is adorable!

Great place for breakfast. Just visited today and tried an item from the specials called a Strata. It was delicious and I will definitely order it again. The place was spotless and the associates attentive. Look forward to visiting again soon. Lots of parking too.

Stopped in at Chair City Diner and was really impressed! Service was fast, food was delicious, drinks were nice and cold, and everything was very, very clean. I’ll definitely be going back!

This place gets no stars I went in for breakfast to go and they told me to wait on the bench in the hallway they bring it to me when it was ready they were busy. So I waited and I went in in 20 minutes to check on it and it had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes and they said they didn't know I was there and I asked him to remake it they gave me an attitude and then told the kitchen not to remake it so I just got my money back it's ridiculous they told me to sit in the hallway and then they tried to say that they didn't know that I was there and then when the cook was asked to remake it they roll their eyes and grab the bag from them and they just told them not to remake it so I'm professional I'm going to make sure that I know that nobody I know goes there ever again it was so bad I understand busy cuz I've worked in the business and their excuses well it's busy today it's a holiday and there's no reason that that's an excuse for not checking the hallway where I was sitting where they told me to sit to wait
