Absolutely horrible service. I ordered food on the app, the gave me the wrong item. Instead of refunding me, the app gave me a coupon. It was like over 15$ for a bowl and they refused to refund me when they gave me something I cannot eat. I will not be back. Terrible service and extremely disappointing

When they first opened in Gardner I thought the food was amazing. Experience was clean, tasty, friendly. But, as time passes the servicer don't look happy to serve you, okay its people, its life, and its Gardner..?. Sometimes rice tasted brittle, hard, but I did not complain, felt weird digesting it though. Today, a hair, yes the hair?! Embedded deep. Hehehe... okay It happens, I get it, but, I felt I needed to post it and let this be known. I pull out the hair, and I'm going to eat the food because I don't want to waste food, and with the thought of poor hungry people in the world or thought of going hungry for days in the desert🏜. Hope its the only one, hehehe. It will be a while before I return to Chipotle though 😌 God I loved the Chipotle food though...Best of 🤞no hair! please...Hmmm...

Please do something about that huge black fly doing kamikaze, its November?! and whats that gunk you just pulled out from black bean pan with your rubbery hand and trash tossin like its nothin?! didn't know that before asking for black beans... Holy?! that lettuce edge browning good?... and finally please wipe down unknown fluid residues on counter before you fold my food over it... and that dude doin the cookin? he slow masta street cookin? hehehe just what appears to da eyes... yeah I paid for it and ate it... cuz flys be friends and the unknown fluids gives super powers... Be tidy and clean yall makes me feel good about eating them food... anyways sometimes you get clean sometimes you got weird just gotta time it right...hmmm

Don’t waste your money go To the Leominster, Fitchburg chipotle. Spent a ton of money tonight on a Uber eats order and literally got a bowl of white rice. They literally skimp you on everything and are not portioned correctly. Furthermore, they charge you almost 5 dollars for a drink that they never even give you and The chips were stale as hell.

This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible - the staff acted like they didn't want to be there and couldn't care less about the customers. On top of that, the portion sizes were the smallest I've ever seen from any Chipotle. When I asked for extra cheese, the guy literally grabbed a pinch with his fingers and sprinkled it on, like it was some rare topping. That was the final straw. I walked out and refused to pay for that order. I will never go back to this location, and I'd recommend others do the same.

We've been here twice now and both times got the wrong order and the quality was very bad. Fatty pieces of meat and bland. Small portions. More training seems to be needed for sure.
Edit: this location has turned its quality around. Big portions and well seasoned food. We’ve been back 4 times over 2 months and the quality was consistently good.
They always pack the bowls perfect and FULL! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so yum

I love the food here!! I have to travel a lot for work, so I’ve been to a good amount of the Chipotles here in MA, and this one by far has been my favorite. I never have to fight for extra portions, and the store is always clean, which I really like. Really cool people!!
