When they first opened in Gardner I thought the food was amazing. Experience was clean, tasty, friendly. But, as time passes the servicer don't look happy to serve you, okay its people, its life, and its Gardner..?. We've been here twice now and both times got the wrong order and the quality was very bad. Fatty pieces of meat and bland. Small portions. More training seems to be needed for sure.

Edit: this location has turned its quality around. Big portions and well seasoned food. We’ve been back 4 times over 2 months and the quality was consistently good.

I love the food here!! I have to travel a lot for work, so I’ve been to a good amount of the Chipotles here in MA, and this one by far has been my favorite. I never have to fight for extra portions, and the store is always clean, which I really like. Really cool people!!
