This location’s drive thru is located directly next to an active freight train line that goes by at 10am. I’m passing through and tried to get a quick sandwich after McDonald’s screwed up my order and that was not edible. They told me to come to the window to order as the freight train was passing by and nobody could hear anything. Ok fine. I get to the window they take my order and ask me to move forward and they’ll bring it out. 10 minutes goes by, they served everyone behind me in line and I never got my order that I paid for. I come to a drive thru for quick food during work and these guys can’t even do that. No stars if I could never again. Bunch of freaks working at this one some hill folks no doubt. Seemed like they were high and can’t even do their basic job functions.

They have served one customer in line in the 10 minutes I’ve been here. The customer in front of me had the employee tell them to wait and never returned. Cash register was abandoned. I left without buying anything. Nothing like driving into work hungry. Thanks.

It's a donut shop. What else is there to say??? The staff is almost always polite. The coffee is wonderful compared to that other place which is a Grande POS... We go here almost daily....

I think I got food poisoning the guy gave me the wrong size refresher and I asked for the right size and they gave me it and there was stuff in my drink like weird paper stuff took one sip and almost threw up the guy serving look like he would kidnap me..

I don’t normally don’t write negative reports but after I gave a tip this Dunkin is the worst I’ve been so far the food burnt and the level of service is a dual of hypocrisy Thumbs down never again

They always treat me so well here. I come almost daily and get the same thing and the staff know I come every day just about so they always show sincere hospitality towards me. Morning shift is a little questionable, probably guessing they are a little more rushed and more busy so I understand. But afternoon shift is absolutely phenomenal. My drinks and food are always right and taste amazing. Anyone else notice even while getting the same thing, for some reason it always tastes different depending on which Dunkin’s you go to? This one definitely always makes it really good and it always hits the spot. Keep up the great work. 😁

Made my coffee completely wrong and undrinkable. Had to go somewhere else to replace it. Waited 2 weeks for a email response that basically told me oh well. Don't go here, they don't care about the customer.

Whoever the person claiming to be the store manager and the crew member Saige, you both need to get your head's checked when someone tells you SPLENDA not SUGAR as they are diabetic and you give them sugar, are you trying to put someone in the hospital, cause you would have put my friend in the er if I had not gone to my old store to get it fixed! Not to mention telling me for my order, I can't get the berry blast as a refresher cause I don't like the sparkling water you use other stores have done it. You both are sick disgusting and really need to re take the Dunkin U training again. Have reached out to your management company and corporate. I do not recommend this store, there are other dunkin locations that are 10 times better the one over by family dollar is amazing, may be hard to get into due to it's location or the one in downtown by friendlys and kfc is amazing. Go anywhere for dunkins but this location, not to mention a couple years ago my mother orders a simple coffee. small hot black coffee, tell me how a black coffee translates to small hot black with cream and sugar, and a boston creme donut the bag upside down with the frosting slid off. Seriously HIRE BETTER STAFF and MANAGEMENT!
They made eclipse donuts! 2 donuts and 2 beverages for $8 and change. It's not 5 star haute cuisine but is 100% what you expect from DD.

Orders only done through computer panel with vague instructions and the "human" help were unhelpful to say the least. 15 minutes for 1 cup of coffee with no waiting line is ridiculous. Never to utilize their service again.

Looks like I'll be going to a different coffee shop no more Dunkin donuts for me since you want to force people to use the kiosk in our cards. You think this is going to make things easier having to sit in a Drive-Thru line with tons of cars. Disgusting corporations..time to
