Was just in. Not sure how a glazed blueberry donut and an order of hashbrowns get messed up, but I guess when the lady running the register is more concerned about taking a phone call in the middle of customers ordering that’s bound to happen.

Recently came here for coffee and food. Food was great, but the man that served us was something. I ordered in the drive thru, he barely said hello, and when i ordered, he didnt say to move up... when i got at the window, he didnt say one word!! Worst customer experience ever. I just laughed because I couldnt believe it!

They seem to be out of stuff every time we go. But they are very nice about trying to help us get something else we can enjoy.

They have never gotten a take out order correct. Today was the worst by far. They didn’t have an item I ordered through the app and wouldn’t give my husband a refund unless he had the credit card with him, so they substituted it with an item that did not equal the cost of the original item ordered. They completely forgot to put hash browns in which we had ordered and we received a plain glazed donut instead of chocolate glazed.

Typical Dunkins food and coffee. Service is so so at times due to being understaffed. At those times normally they only keep the drive through open, but if you go into the store, there will be a kiosk setup to be used to place an order inside, and when completed and ready will be put into a organized sticker, with each order clearly marked for you to grab at the pick-up portion of the counter.
