On August 4th we ate at ur restaurant. Food was under cooked and overcooked depending on what we ordered. Ice cream was only good thing. Paid alot of money for our meals that sucked.

Got to Gardner Friendly’s at 10. Waited 10 minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. Heard another waitress say “you have a 4 top on 41 have you greeted them”. Ordered 3 coffees and a diet soda. Drinks came. Ordered 3 omelettes and a big to do. After an hour asked about our food. Waitress says I’ll check. Gone for 5 minutes. Comes back. I checked your ticket and it’s yellow, which means another 5-7 minutes. 10 minutes later the table across from us gets there order ( they came in 20-25 minutes after us, gets their food. By now it’s been 1 hour 15 minutes with no food. No refill. We flag our waitress and say we are leaving and we want to pay for the drinks. Oh your food is ready. You don’t want it? Nope. Do you want it to go? Nope. Somewhere else to be.
Asked for phone number for corporate. Waitresses eyes got so big. I believe she didn’t put our order in.

I got food poisoning from the fountain soda that ruined my 4th of July plans. If the manager is reading this, i have a request: Please clean your fountain soda machine regularly. Some people are not as sensitive to the bacteria as others.

The Swiss cheeseburger was great. We had to wait a while to place our order because the staff were a bit slow. But other than that everything was great!
Second time they had to remake our food after we ordered online! Get it home and everything is wrong or missing , and it’s just normal to them as we got nothing both times!

I have a Friendly's in the city I live and I still drive to Gardner's location instead. The staff is so kind and checks in frequently to make sure all is well. The food is really good and is a pretty good variety. Comes out nice and hot, but if it's busier, it might be a little cooler than anticipated. It's your standard American-style food for a family restaurant, but they do seasonal promos all the time. Ice cream is fantastic as always. A great place to go!
