Inattentive staff, insufficient customer service, and unreliable management. I could go into detail but this place doesn't really deserve the time of day. The food is decent at least, but it doesn't account for the lack of competence.
It was my 60th birthday this past Sept & I wanted a very special Sundae that wasn't on the Menu. It was a complicated request. The wonderful server (I think it was Jay) made me exactly what I wanted & it was the best Sundae I've ever had. I don't know how he remembered every detail. His service was top notch. Tyvm Jay!! I promised to write a review. If you've had a bad experience here your waiter wasn't Jay. Be sure to ask for him.
