I have a Friendly's in the city I live and I still drive to Gardner's location instead. The staff is so kind and checks in frequently to make sure all is well. The food is really good and is a pretty good variety. Comes out nice and hot, but if it's busier, it might be a little cooler than anticipated. It's your standard American-style food for a family restaurant, but they do seasonal promos all the time. Ice cream is fantastic as always. A great place to...

The burgers we got were as tough as shoe leather. On my plate I only received 16 fries that were all 1.5 inches or less in size. My daughters side salad was one small piece of lettuce, 3 small pieces of tomatos and 1/6 of a hard boiled egg.

Food was good but service was bad. The restaurant was almost empty with 3 waitress’s and it took me asking my waitress plus the others 5 times to get a container for left overs. And the service time was extremely long, shouldn’t take over 2 hours to get ice cream and a grilled cheese.
I love Friendly’s and don’t understand why the restaurants with food service closed and this one stayed open. If you don’t have 3 hours to eat there, don’t bother.
