With all respect team members really need to pay attention to what they doing I paid 33$ for 3 meals and they weren't no even 1 fries in the bag but couldn't go back because they were close at that point that I realize, I specifically asked for fries on one of the meals and they charged me more for it, also asked for no pickles on the sandwiches and all the sandwiches came with pickles on it, in conclusion the order weren't right at all I end up with just bad sandwiches and some tender without fries.

Nothing worse than walking into a fast food restaurant and seeing a scruffy unshaven cashier wearing an absolutely filthy black hoodie (with the hood up on an 85 degree day) along with dirt piled under the fingernails, his hands were so filthy.

There are reasons why people look down on fast food workers, and this place does not disappoint. Went in for an online order only to be met with low class, unprofessional behavior by an individual well past the acceptable age of the junk food employee. This seems to be a pattern at this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just went and got my lunch, fast service and all, food is good, but I would’ve love to be able to use a straw on my drink and spoon or a fork for my fiesta potatoes and also I was ask if I want any sauce which I did told her and guess what; no even the sauce was in the bag. People, pay attention? has to eat with my fingers and put my mouth in a cup that I don’t know where is been.

Before I even ordered the woman was giving me dirty looks and was fake nice. My entire order was incorrect. I ordered Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and 2 spicy big boxes w large drinks. I received 2 regular sandwich combos as a medium yet received a small fry with it, 2 Mac n cheeses no mashed potatoes. I'm 8 months pregnant and I just wanna eat what I'm craving. There's no way my order should've been this incorrect seeing as noone else was there other than the people I was with and no one was in the drive through. Might I add that my in laws got EXACTLY what they ordered.
