The restaurant often serves hot and fresh food, and even when mistakes happen, the staff are accommodating and willing to help. Recently, the fries were actually hot and crispy, and the food quality was generally good. However, there have been some issues, such as overcooked chicken nuggets and a burger that was a little overcooked but still eatable. On one visit, the restaurant was very busy, and despite a fully staffed crew, the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, leading to frustration. The Quarter Pounder buns were stale and hard, which made the meal less enjoyable, though the fries and soda were fine. The restaurant has been recently renovated, with a clean and modern interior, but some changes, like removing the self-serve drink station and making condiments harder to find, have made the experience less convenient. Additionally, the setup with cones blocks the path from the drive-up to the parking lot, forcing customers to leave the property after getting their food, which is not ideal. Despite these issues, the restaurant's friendly service and fresh food make it a decent place to visit.
