For the first time in a while the fries were actually hot and crispy. The burger was a little over cooked but eatable. The chicken nuggets were also over cooked and my wife and daughter didn’t eat them. They had no soda available tonight which was a disappointment as my meals come with a drink. I was offered a bottle of water as a replacement.

I recently visited this McDonald's for lunch, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The restaurant was incredibly busy, and despite what appeared to be a fully staffed crew, the food was coming out at a painfully slow pace. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and by the time I finally received my meal, my appetite had been replaced with frustration.
The biggest disappointment was my Quarter Pounder. The buns were stale and hard, making each bite less than enjoyable. While the fries were fresh and my soda was fine, the overall meal felt lackluster—especially after such a long wait.
On a more positive note, the restaurant has been recently renovated, and the interior was impressively clean and modern. However, some of the changes weren’t for the better. They’ve removed the self-serve drink station, meaning refills are no longer an option, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and ketchup aren’t readily available—you have to ask for them. When the staff is overwhelmed, getting their attention for something as simple as ketchup becomes a challenge.
Overall, while the cleanliness and renovation efforts are commendable, the slow service, subpar food quality, and lack of convenience made this visit disappointing. Hopefully, management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Gardiner McDonald ids the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever eaten in my life! The workers are lazy always getting orders wrong . I’ve lived in Randolph for 13 years and I’d say 99.9 times I don’t get hot food , they always say the frappe machine is down or not working ! I’m always missing food in my order not to mention I’ve ordered and I open the order and the sandwich has no meat inside so I just get the bun ! It’s bullshit ! I can go to Augusta and my order is ALWAYS made correct and I can drive back to Randolph and my food is still hot ! Gardiner sucks 100%

The food is usually good, hot and fresh. For some reason they have setup cones that make it impossible to go from the drive up to the parking lot. You are forced to leave the property after getting your food. Not good.

We waited in line for at least 15 minutes and no one acknowledged the long line of people waiting to order at the front counter. When someone finally came over, I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her we have been waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and no one acknowledged anyone in line. I said if someone said I'll be right with you instead of ignoring the line of people. Also, an employee walked twice past us from the dining room to behind the counter and said nothing. The manager responded with, not everyone speaks English. I was like any kind of acknowledgment would be good.
Also, there was no ice melt out at all. I almost fell twice in the parking lot. Then, we watched two people fall out in the parking lot. One was an elderly woman and an employee was out there and didn't even help her up. My boyfriend asked the manager to let him go out and salt because two people just fell. She did hand him a bucket to salt the exterior. Then on our way out, a lady was coming in saying she almost fell on the black ice.
Horrible service, food was cold, the dining room was freezing, and the safety of customers and employees were not a priority with the icy weather.

Whoever the new owner is, this person is SUPER cheap. Everything is behind the counter now drinks, napkins and ketchup they even removed the tvs. This used to be a place where the elderly could come in the morning get a cup of coffee watch some news to start your day. Everything now is very bland.
