Honestly don't know why I come here. Every time I order form here I am given a time and sure enough I can expect to be there an additional 10 to 20 min afyer the time they gave me. This is honestly the worst store I've ever been to. The staff is slow and not very attentive. I have seen that others have complained about the same issues but they don't do nothing to improve or make up for there lack of good service. This is not a world class restaurant its pizza not to difficult. But I keep getting disappointed over and over at this store. And then when I call corporate about my reward cause they don't give me my points they flag my rewards as fraud. And the food is inconsistent.

My husband ordered online at 7:15, the pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:45. I showed up a few minutes after that, and the cashier said it wasn't quite ready. Figuring it would be 2 or 3 more minutes, I paid and sat down to wait. After waiting a long time, I got back up to find out what was happening. It was then that I found out they hadn't even started making the pizza! I went to my vehicle to find out how long I had been waiting, and found it was over 20 minutes. How long could I have waited if I hadn't checked? I asked if there was anything they could offer for the inconvenience, and they offered me a bag of chips or a soda. For waiting 40 minutes for a pizza that should have been ready when I got there. I finally got the pizza at 8:25, 40 minutes late. An hour and 10 minutes after it was ordered. I will never be going back...

Sandwich and pasta was made 45 minutes before Pizza was ready. Whoever answered the phone told me that food would be done because the warmers are on all day. Bad customer service and food quality control.

Pretty piss poor. I show up, there's 3 people outside passing around a weed pen, (they're coughing their ass off) I go in, I can smell something burning, I got my food ok and paid fine. I leave with my food and shame on me for not checking, but I did not get the sauces I paid for, the cheese pizza was correct, the boneless wings were correct. But I was given the completely wrong pizza. Given a pineapple and ham instead of my pepperoni and bacon. Didnt realize until.i got home 20 minutes later.

I have loved the Thanksgiving toasted for years. Ever since they merged over to Papa Ginos, they forget it EVERY single time. I've come to a point where I stopped ordering it, due to the negligence of not getting the gravy. It does seem like a silly thing but it really makes the sandwich complete. Other than that it has been great.
