I recently ordered from here and I have to say it was an incredible experience! You can really tell they use quality ingredients. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s now my go-to spot when I don’t want to cook. If you’re craving something tasty, Parker house of pizza is the place to go!
LOVE these guys and the sub sandwiches and pizza they make! Highly recommend them as probably the very best spot in Gardner to get some great grub at a really good price point as well! :)

Staff was great to talk with. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even read everything back to make sure they had it correct. I’d recommend this place to everyone.
The food is great, they pac a lot of stuff but i didn’t like how the owner or whatever was in charge, try talking to me like i was dumb because i asked for all the vegetables and he kept repeating saying what kind and i kept saying all the vegetables, then all the employees came out like it was about to be a problem or something, i don’t know if it was because i am a color person or all my tattoos.

I have been a customer for many years and I think it's the best place in town. IF you don't believe me just try there pizza and subs. Then try someone else. I have several times and I think they are the best. Go on try them out.

Today a few of us placed a delivery order for work at 11:07am,we have lunch from 12-12:30 so there was plenty of time for it to be delivered for our lunch time. My coworker used the tracking app so we could watch for delivery. A few others in the building also ordered from there so I figured our food would be delivered at the same time as theirs. I was wrong. Apparently they sent our order with another delivery driver due to them being busy. Ok,understandable even if it didn't make sense to me since I fully admit I have no idea how deliveries are decided by each establishment. We tracked that order that was "out for delivery" for over 45mins before we actually received the order. My order was a meatball sub which was inedible when it was finally delivered at 12:24. The sub was so soggy by the time I got it that the paper plate they had wrapped it in was embedded into the sandwich. When we called to ask for a refund (again,it was inedible as well as past my lunch break) they denied a refund & stated it was store policy to ONLY offer a replacement & ONLY if we returned the product we wished to replace. Since my lunch break was already over,we asked to have it replaced with a calzone which was cheaper than original purchase & we were denied! On top of all this,the customer service received was unacceptable. The woman who answered the phone was rude & then left us on hold for over 7 mins at which point we hung up and called back,only to be told they would not do anything to rectify the situation because the driver told them "it was still hot when I delivered it". Yeah,it wasn't hot..it was barely luke warm on top of being so soggy that the bread was mushy..and that was with a paper plate disintegrating into the sandwich which should've at least firmed it up,but it didn't.I normally LOVE the food from this establishment but due to my experience today & the lack of decent customer service,I will not order from them again. I hope the establishment enjoys the profit they made from me today while I wasted money on food that was inedible & I hope the driver enjoyed the $3 I contributed to his tip (on top of what others also contributed). Sadly,I won't order from here again due to my experience as well my fear of retribution over this honest review that I'm writing. I guess Garden will reap the benefits though,they've never disappointed me & have always had great customer service!

This is the quintessential pizza place! We had the white pizza, a calzone and the greek salad. All 3 were GREAT!!!

After over a year of being as professional and hard-working a I could be, I was called unprofessional by an owner and walked out.One of the owners and a few of the staff were regularly abusive while I was employed there. Management turned a blind eye to it, telling victims that they needed to focus on more important things and to deal with the mistreatment themselves. This lack of management interjection toward finding a resolution lead to the team spiraling into disorder. Then, once their team had a big enough problem that it interfered with their business, the owners’ response was to remove the victim of the mistreatment rather than address the core issue they’d let get too far out of their control via their complacency and ignorance.I was and will continue to be completely devastated by this culmination of my otherwise incredible working experience with them. I had so much respect for the entire staff. Shame.edit: The owner verbally assaulted me the same day I left this review, about an hour later. Police were notified… not sure why he did that. I live nearby and am scared in my home after what was said to me.
