Amazing Japanese Dining Experience!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Sawa Asian Cuisine and was completely blown away by the quality of the food and service! The sushi was incredibly fresh, with melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the presentation was like edible art. The miso soup had a perfect balance of flavors, and the tempura was light and crispy—just as it should be. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations (try the Peking Duck if you go!). The ambiance was serene, with authentic Japanese decor that added to the experience. For anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

EXTREMLY bad customer service! Customer service is everything to me as I have always worked in the customer service field. My teenage son ordered what we all thought was actually chicken Terriyaki. Since on the menu it only says Japenese Chicken Terriyak. It does not specify no chicken on a pile of mixed veggies. Now the waiter could tell we arent seasoned to Asian cuisine with all the questions we did ask. So when my son got his food and tried it he did not like it at all. He was expecting chicken Terriyaki on a stick. We informed the waiter and he went and spoke to the manager. he came back and said nothing we can do because it was made correctly. We explained that may be true but we thought it was something else and it didnt state what actually comes with it again not to mention it was like 5 super thin pieces of chicken and so much onions, peppers ect. so 18 bucks or whatever for basically a pile of cheap veggies?! Which is fine if you like it and knew thats what you were getting. He says again sorry we cant do anything! I was shocked! The manager never even came over for one and for two, I will say anywhere I've ever gone in my life if someone didn't like something they always offer to make you something else or take it off the check?!?! I loved the atmosphere of the new place but now WILL NEVER go back just because of the extremely poor customer service from the manager and it ultimately cost the waiter. Sorry. Also, food is truly not that great for the price. "Entrees" dont even come with rice. You pay extra! crab rangoons were super doughie!!! I will take my business and hard earned money elsewhere. Where it's appreciated and they care about customer satisfaction!!!

We've been to the new restaurant two times this week The food the drinks the service are amazing and the place is gorgeous in the parking lot is always packed They have so many flavors of mai tai I can definitely recommend the coconut and the mango

My favorite date spot! Amazing staff, owners, drinks and food! Some of my favorite rolls are salmon river & the golden philly. There are so many mai tai flavors to choose from also, you can’t go wrong! We’re so happy for the new restaurant & the owners!

Sawa continues to be one of the best places to get Asian fusion cooking in the north central mass area. Their sushi is always great quality and the consistency of the food is very good as many times as we get takeout from them. My only complaint is I recently got green curry that was a bit too fluorescent for me LOL.

I would love to give these guys a glowing and amazing review but their food is sub par to put it bluntly. The staff is phenomenal and the atmosphere is really cool relative to what is available in Gardner. The food itself is just not that great especially considering the price for sub par food there.

I placed a take out order for the first time at this restaurant and crab ragoon was not fully cooked. It's like they dipped in the oil and immediately took it right out. I had to re-cook it when I got home. I would not recommend this Chinese restaurant to anyone.
