EXTREMLY bad customer service! Customer service is everything to me as I have always worked in the customer service field. My teenage son ordered what we all thought was actually chicken Terriyaki. Since on the menu it only says Japenese Chicken Terriyak. It does not specify no chicken on a pile of mixed veggies.
