This was my husbands&my first time, and hopefully won't be our last. The service was very quick, although it wasn't too busy when we visited. The food was all very good and fresh and great portions. First time in since they moved. FANTASTIC! Service was extremely excellent you couldn't ask for better service and the waiter Ed was very personable and funny and was excellent The food dishes were extremely good and the presentation of the foods was amazing. You really need to go and try it and the atmosphere is awesome they did a really good job with renovating. It's truly a must-see and eat

Food was good. Here's where the issues start. The restaurant was not full so you figure getting our food would be without issue. It wasn't. From the very beginning, we had to wait over 15 minutes to place our drink orders. The drinks didn't arrive until our appetizer did. Which was another 15 minute wait. Our waiter then brought out part of my order. Telling me the chef had just taken their lunch. I'm not waiting on my lunch break while the chef takes their lunch. The waiter then informed me that half of our order had been prepared minutes ago but was waiting until it could all be brought to us. Meaning our food that was made had been sitting there. I would not recommend this place until they work out the kinks in their system.

Highly recommend their General Tso Chicken and their Mango Mai Tai. Their Sushi?? Maaaaaaan, why do you think I'm giving them 25 stars????

Beautiful new space, the fruit flies like it too. food and service are lacking. Crab rangoos and mojito were the highlights, we won't be ordering thai drunken noodle or chicken teriyaki again.

I have gone to Sawa multiple times and also taken food home. Not sure I have had a bad dish. Sushi is always fresh, rice and noodle dishes are flavorful, and their adult beverages are usually strong.
Everything ive tried is fantastic! Pork fried rice is the best!!!!! They will customize it to you liking! Inside is beautifully done! Service is awesome!

Absolutely fabulous Chinese restaurant. New & improved, they remodeled a different space and moved into a larger building. Interesting booth & table configurations, definitely seating more people. Separate bar section, with wall mounted TV's. Attentive staff, very friendly. Got a special treat for a birthday celebrant. Great food. We had the chicken & broccoli, and the shrimp/scallops/haddock with vegetables. Rice sold separately. Had wonton soup. Good stuff!

The food was just ok. I’m not sure what happened to Chinese food in Massachusetts which used to boast several excellent restaurants. The service was inattentive, and their prices were very expensive. Won’t be back. You are better off going to a Chinese buffet where you get a better deal and can walk out full.
