First off, the guy that answered the phone call sounded less than pleased to even be taking an order. Went to pick up our order, and the staff inside seemed friendly enough. The 20 something year old working the register was friendly. Got home, and the steak tips were EXTREMELY over cooked. Blackened and charred, when we asked for medium rare. Fries, also burnt and dark, seemingly from days old oil. My buffalo style steak and cheese was delicious however. With that being said, this was our first time trying Sorrentos, and we have lived in town for 8 years. We will NOT be returning. For nearly $50, we got nearly inedible steak, and burned fries. Not worth the time or money.

I give them two stars only because the pizza tasted good. Though the quality of the pizza was not good soft crust and a soggy center every time I order a pizza from there. I figured the first couple times it was a fluke it’s been a year or so since I ordered last. Oven temperature to low maybe or could it be the pizza dough? To make matters worse I ordered my girlfriend the Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad. They couldn’t even remember the Spicy Caesar Dressing the dressing is the only reason she wanted the salad, they also put off wilted lettuce in the salad oh and the cucumbers and tomatoes requested to add in the salad, yup couldn’t remember to add those either. Pathetic! Considering they advertise “ At Sorrento's we serve delicious Brick Oven Pizza made from fresh, quality ingredients” disgrace. This the last time I will order Sorrento’s Pizza time and time again they are a disappointment and for the price$ don’t wast your hard earned money on these overpriced soggy pies and sauceless salads.

Best pizza & sub shop in Gardner. The BLT is presented well, with fancy lettuce. The eggplant subs are great. Pizza is delicious. I can't say enough good things. #1 spot in Gardner.

The pizza at Sorrento's never disappoints. Their standard cheese pizza (with extra cheese) is one of the best I have had. Their steak and cheese pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza are also excellent.
Our first time going in.We had mozzarella sticks, salad and a large meat lovers pizza.I've been by it a million times and now I know I'll be back.

Has the most interesting pizza menu options in town! All of them are awesome and me and my friends are huge fans of the chicken fajita pizza. ?Something has been off about the pizza lately though, the last ones my partner and I ordered were weirdly dry!

Best pizza in Gardner hands down. Stopped by and got a cheese pizza today because I hadn’t tried the food here and I’ve lived here 3 years. Came out perfect and it was so large it barely fit in the box. Will be coming
