It’s sad to say Starbucks is heading down hill fast. Their service is very poor. I can’t even take my fiancé on a coffee date. Takes 10 mins for and iced coffee then an additional 25 min for food. Then after 55 min the last coffee. I couldn’t enjoy my coffee with my fiancé because it was warm and watered down so I left it. I even went up to the cashier to say something and they just told me it should be done soon. Not very helpful and doesn’t solve my issue. I understand you have stations but when you have an ice coffee making moving fast which is awesome but have a kid on the expresso machine no wing slower than a sloth. Is it really so much to ask just get someone’s order out to them all at once regardless of time at least it will come out together. Very poor experience shame on some of the staff for putting poor effort in.

I was very impressed by how the team kept their cool during a morning rush. There was a long line in the drive through and a long line inside, yet the 4 ladies on shift didn't stop working. I don't work nearly as hard at my job, and although that may say more about my accounting abilities, I think the relatively poor reviews for the place are not warranted.

This is the most miserable employees I have ever dealt with! I waited 35 mins for my cran merry refresher and they ignored me when I questioned it. Do not go here as you will have a terrible experience! No guest service whatsoever!

Dual Proj

Today I stopped by this store to grab my coffee. The store claims to open at 5am. It was 5:46am, and there were three people inside working. I went through the drive-thru, but no one responded. I drove around and went inside, only to be told they would start taking orders in 15 minutes. If you're in a rush, this is not the store for you.

If there is a Starbucks strike - this Starbucks in Gardner is on strike. Constant issues with this place. No one is friendly that works there. No greetings. The drinks are subpar. Messy counters. Young kids making drinks in sweatshirts 5 sizes too big - dragging their sleeves through the wet counters. Do yourself a favor - go to Athol or Leominster.

In drive through 10 minutes to order, then another 10 with no cars moving forward. Went across the street to Dunkin. In and out in less than 5. Won't be going back to Starbucks again
This location's reviews are so embarrassing. Time to either switch out your poor management, retrain your team, or just close down altogether

Orderer, wasted 30 minutes. Went back to cancel my ordered. The chick has the audacity to give me attitude. Of course when im asking for a refund they try making it on the spot. Dont bother go to dunks, better service better coffe and cheaper and it's a mass place of business not west coast based. Never again.

Went in, told the cashier what I wanted specifically, he repeated it back to me, and then proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I asked even though he went to make my drink directly after cashing me out. Instead of extra base I got regular, and instead of light ice I got extra extra ice. I'm talking ice from top to bottom with barely any drink. Also, the workers were chatting as they were making drinks which normally I don't care about but I do care when they completely mess up my drink. This has happened before too

Went to your store after working a 13 hour shift staff didn’t even say hello I will be right with you. Ignored me for 20 mins I gave up and left and won’t be back to the location
