I was very impressed by how the team kept their cool during a morning rush. There was a long line in the drive through and a long line inside, yet the 4 ladies on shift didn't stop working. I don't work nearly as hard at my job, and although that may say more about my accounting abilities, I think the relatively poor reviews for the place are not warranted.
They can never get your whole order out at the same time, who wants their food 10 mins before their coffee? By the time you get your coffee the food is soggy. starbucks prices are way to high for this to be happening. Fix the system, it doesn't work.
I haven't been here as often as I'd like but whenever I have come here I've loved it! Employees try their absolute hardest to work with the sea of people, especially those in drive thru, and I'm legitimately confused as to why people are so mad at them for taking so long yet keep coming. Like they're often so short staffed and have so many people to take care of plus often several drinks for the same order so it's no wonder they have a wait. I completely...
