Walked in today and an employee was in the middle of cleaning the lobby, I told her what a great job she was doing the whole place looked very clean. My fiance and I ordered our sandwiches within 5 minutes we were sitting down eating. The guy that made our sandwiches was very fast and very professional. Food was good. Place was clean. I would recommend.

Always like subway food so never a problem there except they never accept coupons.

I avoid subway in Gardner since they changed hands because they tend to short you but I had a gift card I received for my birthday. I ordered extra meat on one of my sandwiches and double on the other and they gave me half meat on both. They do not follow subways portion standards and I do not understand how the brand hasn’t cut ties with them. Never again!

Horrible experience.
They have attitude when you first walk in, the sandwiches are made with less portions than other subways and they don’t take subway coupons.
Stay clear of all Gardner and Westminster shops they are all owned by same person and same policy’s on coupons as well.

I ordered from this Subway through DoorDash and received the completely wrong sandwich. It was extremely spicy and made me feel sick. The Dasher was rude and refused to help. I contacted DoorDash support and submitted all the evidence, but they closed my case with no resolution.
I spent $20 and was completely ignored. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a health risk. I’m asking the store to take responsibility for what leaves their kitchen and treat customers with respect.

I got a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the provolone cheese was old. When I took a bite it tasted like rubbish/vomit so I opened the Sandwhich and the provolone had a green tint to it.

Do not go here! I ordered a pizza and wanted some toppings. They told me I can't have toppings and it's a kids pizza. Subway never advertises just kids pizza. I told him to change thr sign. Owner told me its his Subway and do whatever he wants. Made a big issue about me customizing my pizza. Trying to cheap out and conserve the veggies. Never had any issue ordering it. Only at this location. They own other Subways in the area as well.

Didn't online order the system glitched out and did not take off an ingredient that I am allergic to when I realized it I went back in with the receipt and the sandwich and asked them if they could remake it they got very hostile and told me it was my mistake they followed directions nothing they are doing I can buy a new sandwich Real classy people

I usually regret when I go to subway.This place has a pleasant staff and must say sauce was very good on my meatball sub. I usually don't get meatball.Place was clean. Finally found a subway I enjoyed.
