Me and my father went there and we ordered food . When we got to the window they didn’t give us all of are food and said if we want it we have to go all the way back around . And then cops got called and the food wasn’t even good . Manger and other employees were extremely rude I do not recommend

I didn't eat in so the atmosphere was the drive-thru as for the service this kid was confusing when we ask the question I thought my husband thought that he was talking about the same thing we were we get to the window and we only got one order for one person rather we thought we were getting bundle for both of us by that time waiting in line so long I didn't want to deal with it I just drove off and went to the Chinese place to get food for myself I'll try it again not anytime soon

Order takers are extremely pleasant. The food is Taco Bell, so if you like Taco Bell this is a good Taco Bell. I've only ever used the drive-thru, so I can't really speak to the atmosphere inside, but everyone through the drive-thru window is always extremely patient, as the menu here is expansive and I need a hot minute to figure out what I'm going to get.
