I'm a frequent flyer here at this location and I think today is my last day here. My food is always wrong. I got a crunch wrap supreme and there was only beef and Lettuce in it. I ordered 1 kids meal that was dairy free and specifically said only the kids meal, yet ALL the $30 worth of food I ordered was dairy free but was rung up as supreme.. They were nice enough to give me a refund, but it'd be nicer to just have my food right when I go. Will not be returning.

I went here yesterday to get a break from thanksgiving leftovers and while the food was ok my drink tasted straight up like bleach. Not just residue from a clean machine either like drinking a swimming pool bleach I dumped the drink out last night and the cup smelled of bleach and still does this morning.

they cant get an order right to save their lives. Drive through tells us we cant order 2pc 2 sides with no drink and demand they never did this,,, go back a week later and no problems ordering that. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!! They can not get it right

I spent 87$ last night, not only was half the food wrong but the food was packed so tight that when I pulled the paper bags out of the big plastic bag all the food came out the bottom of the brown bags because it was so packed tight and all the condensation. The tacos were bent in half all of them broken from being so tightly packed. It was a big waste of money and will never go back to the gardner location again.

I know these people don’t get paid enough but good lord I wish they would at least pretend to care. All I want is no lettuce on things, seems simple… it’s not.I have yet to eat at a Taco Bell that has listened to no lettuce on a crunch wrap. It sounds dramatic but it’s a running joke with my husband and I because every time I go to a new location and have a glimmer of hope it’s crushed. I’ve even told them it’s an allergy and still can’t win.Taco Bell went south since losing their creative director dude to chipotle a few years back.
Taco bell was a mess as always. We couldn't understand a word the girl on the drive thru was saying, so we just went with it, saying yes and ok and hoping we got our order right. We did to some extent. Food was the same as always, everything tastes the same no matter what you order. The young guy at the pay/pick up window was really polite, accommodating and friendly.

I don't think the workers know how many of the burritos are made. Or pay attention to anything they make I ordered a burrito twice and it was completely off both times like COMPLETELY OFF absolutely nothing in it other than refried beans and the burrito doesn't even come with it? If they just made the food the correct way I wouldn't have any issues

Rude order taker. Impatient with questions asked. As if I should know attitude + gossip. Ordered our food they gave me wrong order. Then charged me again for same item I asked for. Rude manager matched employee vibe. Sad glad we have a kfc/Taco Bell but they despise customers
