Food's often wrong and that's if there's anyone acknowledging you at the drive through speaker. The last time I went for breakfast the car in front of me drove off because nobody was taking their order through the speaker. I waited about 5 minutes and tried asking if anyone was there a few times before leaving too.. then you drive by the glass windows and there's workers inside and no customers! Why even bother opening this wendys.. waste of everyone's time.

Tonight, 2/22/25 The best service from a short staffed crew. Waited due to it, but i never rush the folks making your food, cause they do have to actually cook it. It doesn't come out of thin air. Lol. Anyway, the crew that was on now (7 pm.or so) was great. The manager, supervisor person was great and had to take orders and cook as well. I didnt get her name, but she had braids and dark hair. She was great and was busting her ass to get stuff done ( and the rest of crew) and she deserves props. She was a beautiful person

I live about a mile from Wendy's. The last several times I've gone thru the drive-thru to order,my food has been cold by the time I drove home. Please stop cooking food,especially the fries ahead. They are fi e when they are hot, but horrid when ice cold! Maybe some nighttime supervision would help. Just sayin'.
The front lady that takes your order is extremely Rude as Hell! I will never ever go back to that location. I love the Athol location it's so much cleaner & very nice people.
