I don't even know where to begin. Something special ignites in that atmosphere. Strangers become family and good deeds are paid forward. It was a very busy 1pm lunch rush but aside from the bantor amongst the patrons, you'd never know. The service was top notch. The waitress was very attentive. The food, absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the cheese quesadilla with sauteed vegetables. It was loaded and by the best I've ever had. Portions are enough for 2 and prices are very affordable. Very pleased to have been able to experience Williams with my bud today.

Don’t waste your money elsewhere, do yourself the favor and get William’s. The food is incredibly good for a very fair and easy price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been here multiple times and each time I leave not only satisfied, but impressed as well. I should’ve made this review years ago, but take my word, William’s is tried, true, and consistent. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I've been going here for years. It's an old school rustic bar/restaurant setting. They even have Keno/lottery at the bar. I like to play a little when I sit down for dinner. The menu here is large with lots to choose from. They have a good selection of comfort food. You want meatloaf or lasagna....or prime rib. This is a good place to check out if you like nostalgia. The service here is pretty good too. It feels like it's family run or at least they're hiring friends and family to run this place. It's by no means fine dinning. But you can get a good meal here for a decent price.

We celebrated a birthday here and there was a miscommunication between my family and I. I had made a reservation for 8, and there ended up being 21 of us. With short notice they were extremely kind and did their best to keep us all together. They added as many tables for us as they could put together, and 2 groups sat on either sides of us. They were very accommodating and even though I’m sure it was a stressful situation, they provided excellent service. The food was great and we had a great time!

Is just a local bar. 99 restaurant-like food. 99 might be better actually. Unless you’re a local and like the bar and maybe wait staff etc? Go elsewhere. Overrated. On the plus side there is Keno at the bar, for the older crowd. No photos, nothing to really take a photo of. I heard the banquet area is nice for private events, which is mostly what the pictures are on the site.

The Building is falling apart. Staff claims the building official was just there and passed everything without incident. I think NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We held our Christmas party at Williams. Nick was great with helping us with the booking, room, table layout and menus. Food and service was incredible. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Special shout out to Jackie, our terrific waitress. We kept her hopping and she didn't miss a beat!!

Deliciously large, freshly prepared portions at incredibly reasonable prices, located in central Massachusetts & worth the short ride from anywhere near Massachusetts
The hostess greeted us wearing a sweatshirt and winter hat, which already felt a bit casual. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. Our waitress didn’t bring drinks or even water for 20 minutes, while the table next to us received theirs along with salads. We eventually got bread and salad, but still no drinks. When our meals finally arrived, mine was cold and missing sides. The waitress later returned only to ask if we wanted boxes—no mention of dessert. Overall, the experience was disappointing from the beginning

Food was good as was service. Weird issue ruined my experience and I may never return. Sat at bar with my boyfriend. Older man sat 2 seats over from me. I overheard him making derogatory comments about my appearance and then asking someone to sit between us and later thanking a guy who came in and did sit between us. I saw no reason for this unwarranted cruelty. I was minding my own business, paying attention to my boyfriend and trying to enjoy our evening near our new home. We just moved here and he found this place and looked good as new place for us to go. We had our favorite places at our former home and felt so welcome there. Anyway not the restaurant’s fault except I heard the guy saying his ugly comments about me to some of the workers behind the bar (not bartender waiting on us). Just annoyed they said and did nothing while continuing to joke around with him and totally continue to make him feel welcome. He is clearly a regular and ruined my night and made me nearly leave in tears for no reason.
