Very rude customer service. The women who took my order at 9:30am on Friday 1/3 got my order wrong and then proceeded to say how it was my fault and started talking badly about me to her co workers in front of me. I have never been so uncomfortable at dunks before and I’ll be sure not to come back again. I don’t know what management would allow such terrible behavior by their employees.

While waiting for my order today not only did I watch about flies flying around the service counter and all the mobile order drinks, landing on the counter and mating, and then flying away into the store— but I listened to the employees making the food/drinks loudly screaming at and berating each other. The patron side of the floor was also disgusting, covered in spilled drinks, wrappers, napkins, etc. I really regretted ordering anything at all.
