Flatbread was some of the best ive ever had! Heard that from eveylryone in the party! Drinks and service was great too! Ill definitely be back!
We had the worst service we have ever received in our lives here this past weekend. We called around noon to ask if we could reserve a few tables to accommodate 16 people. No call back after we left a VM so we called again a few hours later and were told they don't accept reservations but we could call when we were on our way and they would let us know the wait time. We called at 6:45 saying we would arrive in a half hour and were told no problem. Got a call back 2 minutes later and were told the kitchen closes at 8 and they couldn't guarantee us space - totally understandable we said we would roll the dice. We arrived, the young gentleman host was wonderful and began moving tables around for us only to have a woman that seemed to be the manager approach us and tell us we could only be seated if our kids weren't disruptive (?!?!) and the kitchen was closing at 7:45. Didn't love that comment, but I'm married to a chef - totally understand no one wants a big order at closing time but also - you we were there at 7:15 on a Saturday? The refused to give us a server and told us we could go to the takeout window and order there until once again the lovely young host took our order down instead. We were only offered water - again but said host, they would not take drink orders which would have significantly increased our bill - overall we were all completely appalled and really disappointed. And for the record, our kids behaved beautifully :)

My husband and I arrived at this location around 2 or 3 pm on a Saturday and this places was dead. SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUR FIRST SIGN! The manager was ruder than rude when we walked in. He commented that where we parked is !OK! However we are on private property! Making it feel very weird I said is it ok he said yeah but this isn’t public SO ARE YOU A RESTURANT OR NOT. Only people in the place where us and the workers and the manager made us feel like we had just walked on there rush hour and he had no time to seat us or make official eye contact except to tell me how I parked. When He opened up his mouth that was when I said no thank you I’m leaving. Please think before you talk with customers. Customers expect to be treated like customers not like your in laws dropping by unannounced TAKE IT FROM ME THE PLACE SMELT LIKE A GREASY SWILL BUCKET and not like a fire pizza company. And the workers look could kill. No hi or good bye either. No cars for a reason I guess also good luck with parking they make sure you know it’s priv
Amazing thin fresh pizza. Service was awesome. The place is huge tons of seating and the pizza oven is a sight to see

The last several times I have been here there were barely any customers. There were more servers and workers than customers. So today we have a group of 20 that wanted to make a reservation. I spoke with the manager about accommodating that large of a group. He told me that he could not guarantee seating but that they have a private room to rent for $100. I told him i would be willing to reserve the room but that if we got to the restaurant and there was seating to accommodate us in the regular dining room, then we would do that instead of spending the additional $100 unnecessarily. The manager was not willing to agree to that. I told him either way he is guaranteed 20 customers. He began giving an attitude and had zero customer service skills. He said “do you want the room yes or no” so I told him no and that treating customers like this was not good for a business that clearly is not thriving. He then hung up on me. He was extremely unprofessional. So we refuse to give him our business. I feel bad for the servers who lost out on a very large bill they could have been tipped on. So we called the Flatbread in Amesbury and they were great. We have a reservation and the customer service was excellent.

American Flatbread in Georgetown is as good as all the other locations around New England. There’s a great cozy atmosphere both in the dinning room as well as the bar area. The setting is right where the Georgetown Country club is which has a classy setting to it. Authentic flatbreads and their signature salads make for a great quick eats scenario perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Just paid $180 for dry overcooked gross pizza. This is no flatbreads. I called to complain and the manager did not care whatsoever. This was food for my Dads 71st birthday. Really disappointed and upset.

Pizza and salad was perfect. Also had space for the kids to leave the table. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed it.
Great food and people. But very expensive for the value.
American Flatbread use to be my treat yourself pizza place for really good delicious pizza. Now… it’s just over priced with no flavor. I order a gluten fee cheese and herb pizza tonight. The crust is still quality and delicious but there are no herbs and cheese on this pizza. The only thing it has is an extremely thick layer of what tastes like cheap poor quality cheese. It is absolutely disgusting. I can get a better pizza from Dominos. Avoid at all cost. Adding images to google review.
By far the best freshly sourced ingredients in New England. There isn't a single item on this menu that isn't both delicious and wholesome.

I’m not really sure what happened to this place. It used to be really good.
My experience started with a phone call at 4:10 PM on a Tuesday. After four rings it went to voicemail. I called back three more times and it was put to voicemail. Not a big deal. It just means that I have to wait.
I went in and the place was empty. Employees were hanging around having a chat. To be fair, I didn’t hear the phone ring once, so maybe the line is down.
I order a large medicine wheel. My kids are picky and its option is usually the safest. I sat down and waited for the pizza to be ready. 20 minutes later they hand me the pizza. I immediately noticed that the pizza doesn’t feel very warm. Either way I take it outside and drive home.
I sneak a little piece and let me tell you this was not the pizza I remember eating from this place. Everything about it tasted off. The crust, the cheese and the sauce. It even looked different. I can’t explain how it tasted because I’ve never tasted anything like this before. It just wasn’t good.
I hope it’s just an off night. The place is usually good.
