Not really sure what the hype is here. Maybe it's because I've been spoiled with ramen over the years, but I wasn't impressed. It just tasted like chicken water. There was not really any flavor to it whatsoever. One and done for me and the wife.
Also got edamame for an appetizer and it was covered in salt to the point where we had to wash it off. ...
The staff were really nice and it's a clean atmosphere, but I think the reviews are really solely based on people that either have never had ramen or never had good ramen.
Personally I think ramen noodles has more flavor than the ramen here.
I'll give it a two stars just because the staff was nice and the service was pretty quick.

This place is one of my favorite places to eat. I could eat their chicken ramen and tofu steamed bun for every meal. My husband likes the kimchi ramen and the seafood ramen.

Easily the best establishment in northern MA to get quality ramen. I went two times in two days because the tonkotsu ramen is just that good.

Tried the ramen place with a relative for lunch.
The ramen bowls were good though nothing special. Ordered a side of takoyaki which was good.
The broth was light but not rich or much.
Both of us ordered extra ramen but I added extra chasui which could’ve soaked up the broth but the chef should’ve noticed that but didn’t.
Extra servings cost an extra charge ~$5-7/each.
It’s a relatively small place with a couple of tables with bathrooms in the back.
The waitress said that they were related to the Kume restaurant in Seabrook NH as that was her old mother’s restaurant & the Epping location belonged to her cousin’s side but separated.
Gift cards are only good at the specific locations where it was bought.

Great ramen, great service, and great prices! The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the food was both delicious and filling. You can tell they care about quality and making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be back!
