Terrible customer service!!! Pizza wasn’t delivered after two hours. I spoke to a girl who didn’t seem to care at all and then the manager who shared the same dissonance. Both told me “we said it would be an hour for delivery!” TWO HOURS LATER AND STILL NO PIZZA! 🍕 Will not be returning. Clearly, they need to get training on customer service skills. Very unimpressed.

don’t order pomodoris from the georetown location. order from newburyport or ipswich location (it’s a different owner not affiliated with the georgetown one) the georgetown pomos is HORRIBLE service. Extremely unprofessional customer service, the manager is awful. The entire staff is rude they should not be running a restaurant with a staff like this. They scam you with the food. the food is also awful compared to newburyport. we called multiple times after an issue with our pick up order that the staff messsd up, and we were on hold for an hour. They refused to fix the issue that they caused. HORRIBLE SERVICE never. DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE

I went in to pick up food from Pomodori Georgetown, but when I got home and unpacked the order, I noticed that the soup had been placed upside down in the bag, causing it to spill everywhere on my table because the cap was soggy all the way through. I called the restaurant and politely asked if they could replace the soup and the large curly fries that were covered in soup due to their mistake. I made it clear I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble—just seeking a reasonable resolution.
However, the manager was incredibly rude and refused to help. He argued with me, saying that while I could come back to pick up a new soup, they wouldn't replace the fries. This is after the original staff member had taken my address and promised to send the replacement via delivery. When I mentioned this, the manager still refused, insisting on no compensation or resolution.
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disappointing. It’s clear this business doesn't value customer satisfaction. You lost multiple loyal family customers tonight. I will stick to Pomodori Newburyport.

Everything food wise is great EXCEPT they can’t cook pizza dough enough! They have excellent food except their pizza dough is half cooked.
There is obviously a problem in the workers they need to figure it out because I been going here for awhile no problems then today all off a sudden my food was made by a dummy was like omg thin pieces of veal more bread then meat no extra cheese that I ordered and paid for was total joke so owner of business take a look at who was working on 7/19/24 at around 2pm and figure the idiot out

Had a pickup order. I have food allergies. They took extra care with my food, food was delicious. They even explained to me all the care they took. Will absolutely come here again. If you have allergies, I highly recommend.

Out of 2 deliveries, I had one show up without food. Had to go pick it up, only got a 5$ gift card. Counter person really didn’t seem to care.2nd delivery I was told would take 40 minutes. Currently been waiting for an hour and twenty minutes. Guy on the phone said it would come “soon.” Wouldn’t give me a time.On top of this almost a 5$ delivery charge.

Very clean. Very professional. Very attentive to needs (immediately).Counter service but nice sit down spot to enjoy your meal.Roast Beefs come with a nicely toasted buttery bun and plenty beef! Fries crisp and airy!Still inside as I write this!! Great food!

Every time I order they put very little of the toppings. Why do I have to pay for extra when they barely put any toppings. It is a waste of money. Also why don’t they label the subs when they deliver. I have to open the subs to know which is what. Very inconvenient.
Ordered a large pepper and olive pizza with extra sweet sauce. Pizza did not have extra sweet sauce. Very disappointed in service because I reiterated my order several times to whoever took my order. Will likely not order again. Two stars is being
