We typically order pizza from here and it's good however getting them to answer the phone isn't always easy. Today with the pizza we got a house salad with steak tips. We received a greek salad minus the olives which if that's their version of house then okay but definitely not what I was expecting. The steak tips were grainy and over cooked (ordered medium rare and got well done). I opened the pita bread that was packaged normally and when I opened it, it was ripped in half the wrong way, like there was no pocket, so weird. Wildly dissapointing for the salad but perfect for the pizza.

I'm reluctant to even say this, but this is one of the best breakfast places I've ever been to. Yes that's right, breakfast. I've actually never had their lunch or dinner food, I come here for breakfast on the weekends. They make hands down the best French toast I've ever had. Great value, the only problem is the dining room is tiny. That's why I don't want anybody to know about it! He also make great homemade muffins. If the dining room is full, get the food to go it's just as good. The staff is awesome.Parking: It's a busy area, but I've never had a problem finding a parking spot. Plenty of street parking.

So tonight I ordered an Italian Calzone and what I got was a scant amount of mortadella and some kind of cheese with most of the calzone being just dough. I used to go there all the time, but now I am looking for a better alternative. I would love your recommendations.

This is the Pizza establishment to judge all others not in a major city by. As far as North shore style hand tossed Italian pizza goes, this simply cannot be outdone. Quick on the phone? They sure are! There's a reason they're in a hurry and there's a long wait at 6pm on a Friday night: everyone is there! Cheese steak, chicken kabob, Italian cold cut, not one bad choice. Also- Breakfast! Actual home cooked-style breakfast with literally every combination of eggs/pig/bread you can think of and they'll even put most of it on a bagel or in a burrito. Look for that yellow sign lighting up Central Ave since before I was born- and then let your taste buds understand how a small town restaurant can still be standing decades after all others around have sold, rebranded or disappeared.

The pizza here is superior to most pizza shops in the area. I believe it is because of the "Village People" creating the pizza. The food is better than the music they used to make, so I am very thankful they decided to make pizzas while in retirement."Young man, there's a place you can go.I said young man, when you're short on your dough."
