Anzio's Brick Oven Pizza

This is the second time I tried to get a pizza with extra sauce. I was assured by the wait staff that the pizza had extra sauce on it. It did not. If it did, they don't put hardly any on and 2 x hardly any = hardly any. The pizza is pretty decent but would be better if you could actually taste the sauce. I have no idea how to get a pizza with sauce on it. Sauce has got to be the cheapest extra on a pizza so I have no idea why they are so cheap with it.

Their food is always on point, the soda isn’t watered down to nothing and the service is great!

Super fancy looking place. But they are super chincy with the pepperoni. Its a topping not a garnish.

I love Anzio's pizza, but the pick up service is terrible and not worth the expense. This latest experience is the last, I'm sorry to say. Ordered and paid online at 6:30. Pickup receipt said it would be ready at 7:06. Husband went for pick up then, and was told it was not ready. Cashier requested kitchen staff to put in our order at that time. Husband said it was chaos, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Cashier kept asking him what our order was and why he was there. We think our pizza must have been given away at least three times. Anzio's needs to train their staff and come up with a better system for tracking and fulfilling online orders. He was not the only aggravated customer waiting for a late order. 45 minutes after that, he got our order (small pizza and salad).
Edit: I just got a text that my order is ready. 8:51pm.

We're relatively new to central MA and this is the best pizza we've found in the area, especially when we ask for extra sauce. Inside is really nice too, and staff were patient when we were in the bar area with our two little kids. We've had a few small hiccups with orders, but they're good about resolving them, and often do it proactively, which we greatly appreciate (i.e. we screwed something up, we too X dollars off your bill).

Oh my god. What a great time we had and the food was amazing? We had pizza and garlic knots. I also had the orangecicle martini and it was the best that I have ever had

Staff is wonderful. Food was delicious. The fried cheese was a favorite especially for my kids. Will most definitely be back!

2.5 stars... far too much flop for a brick oven pizza... asked for one of them well, and that was far too floppy... the normal was almost soggy. No crisp, no char.
Okay flavor on the sauce and the cheese was decent.

Absolutely the best pizza around! Always a great experience when dining here.

Stopped in after a work meeting between lunch and dinner. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and appetizers. The food was great. We had a charcuterie board filled with meats, olives, cheeses, artichokes, and pepper slices, with a sweet jam, a dinner salad filled with greens, and all the fixings. We concluded with freshly made pasta with a side order of meatballs in a very tasty red tomato sauce.
The portions were generous for us, and we were able to bring home a late night snack.
The barkeeper was awesome, anticipated our wants keeping the glasses full. It's definitely a great spot, and next time we are in the area, we'll have to try the pizza.

Sat at the bar, had the antipasto and meatballs appetizers with a house salad. Everything was delicious.
