Food was good. Waited over 5 minutes before asking if my order is ready, was to be ready at 11:36 and was now 11:43, and apparently someone stole my order... You guys got to set up a system to check receipts or something so this doesn't happen. Also the teenagers jumping up and down to techno was kinda funny but annoying that they were ignoring us for so long then I had to ask about the order. We will probably give it another try cause the food was good to warrant it.

We love Bushel and Peck and think it is a great addition to Grafton! I always get the same sandwich, but my husband tries lots of things and is generally happy. It is our go to sandwich shop and we also love that they deliver!

I ordered the chicken Honey mustard wrap from here, first off the wrap was very small, secondly there was so much honey mustard dressing on the wrap that I had to turn my wrap upside down to drain a half cup of dressing on each side, lastly the wrap was not good at all, I didn't enjoy my food whatsoever and will not be going back here, luckily someone I worked with ordered pizza from another establishment and I was able to eat that for lunch, I also would not recommend to anyone..I would have enjoyed picking up fast food better than this...F.Y.I parking there is horrible as well.

Unfortunately this place missed the mark for me when I came in on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered a meatball sub and a grilled cheese with tomato. In the midst of waiting almost 45 minutes for it to be made after I questioned why it's taking so long (they threw our ticket away without making the food), we observed the lady on the phone who was taking orders rolling her eyes to the customer on the other end, another employee make a mistake on an order and proceeds to get reprimanded in front of the whole place, we finally had to go up and ask when the two sandwiches would be done. The woman who took our order kindly (the first time of her being kind this entire time) took my sub off the bill. Once we finally had enough and got our food, we decided to eat it in the car because of the atmosphere. The foods taste, unfortunately, did not make up for the experience over all. I won't be back.

Be smart and order ahead for pick up if in a rush. Double check your order before you leave. Perfect place to take an elder for a quick lunch date.

Soooo... first impressions are everything! This was my first time here and I was not made to feel welcome at all. The young lady who took my order didn't even have the decency to respond to my greeting of "hello!" Hopefully my sandwich is better than the customer service.
