Worst dunkin experience I've ever had. I ordered through the drive thru. When I got to the window I realized sweetener was added to my coffee. I informed the worker and when she requested it be remade a worker in the back started screaming to the staff they are not to remake my coffee that's what I ordered and I can get the he'll out of there. Now when you look at the sticker on my coffee and on my receipt nowhere did it say to add any kind of sweetener. I understand it gets stressful during busy times. I have worked retail for 20+ years, but the employees immediately reaction created a situation that didnt need to happen. They asked me to pull into the parking lot while they remade it but I had to get to work and had to request 2xs for them to refund it. So I left upset and with no coffee.

This was by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I used to come by to the drive thru as it's on my route to work. However, the staff is not friendly at all and they have zero care while preparing the food. I often get my hash browns all shattered or glued together, donuts with the toppings glued to the paper and even my sandwich had the cheese all over the wrapping paper instead of inside the bread. They never made my English Muffin slightly toasted regardless of how many times I asked for it. Always burnt. A complete disappointment. Go to any other Dunkin, you'll be happier.

This Dunkin needs a complete overhaul in personnel from management on down. It is terrible!!! We live in town and avoid this location as much as possible. We gave them another chance today because we were in a rush to get somewhere. What a mistake! They are slow as molasses; you could die waiting for your order. They didn't even make an iced coffee correctly. We also ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream on top and they forgot the whipped cream. Again so slow and the second building was closed. What the hell is wrong with the management at this store. Everyone fo yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

Everyone loves a quick and easy stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee and breakfast, but my recent visit was anything but smooth. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal due to slow service and an incorrect order.
It all started when I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts, expecting to grab my food and be on my way within a few minutes. The line wasn’t too long, so I assumed it would be a quick stop. After placing my order—a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a medium iced coffee—I stepped aside to wait. At first, I was patient, but as the minutes passed, I started to notice that customers who ordered after me were receiving their food while I continued to wait.
After about ten minutes, I asked an employee if my order was coming up soon. They briefly glanced at me, muttered something about checking on it, and then disappeared behind the counter. Five more minutes passed, then another five. At this point, I had been waiting for a full 20 minutes. Frustrated, I approached the counter again and asked about my order. The employee finally handed me a bag, and I left the store, relieved that the wait was over.
However, my frustration only grew when I opened the bag and realized that my order was completely wrong. Instead of my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, I received a plain bagel with cream cheese. My iced coffee was missing as well. At this point, I was too irritated to go back inside and deal with the hassle all over again.
Overall, my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was incredibly disappointing. Long wait times and incorrect orders are unacceptable, especially at a fast-food restaurant where efficiency is expected. This visit left me questioning whether I should return to this location in the future. Hopefully, Dunkin’ Donuts improves its service so that customers don’t have to go through the same frustration I did.

Everytime I go to Dunkin donuts in north grafton it is a problem, there is no longer line inside the store, they make you wait without reason or sometimes talking to another customer talking nonsense. This the third time that happened yesterday and i went to Dunkin donuts in upton and there they told me that many people go to Dunkin in upton because of the bad service in North grafton. The employees are rude including the manager. If they can't with customer, don't work. I will not return to this Dunkin store again service horrible. And bathrooms is disgusting

One winter morning, I decided I wanted to treat myself to breakfast. So, I hopped on my phone to make a mobile order for the grafton Dunkin’ Donuts. Little did I know, that was the worst decision I have ever made. I ordered my food and I waited for 20 minutes to get a cold and incomplete order. I didn’t get my donut, my sandwich came out cold, and my hot chocolate tasted like hot water. Thanks Dunkin for making my day horrible.

It was a fine winter afternoon. Just a few days before Christmas. I was on my way to Dunkin with a happy mindset of getting some delicious breakfast. Little did I know, this would be the worst experience of my life. I used the mobile order in the app and it took them 20 minutes for my food to come out. I had to go up to the counter to ask for my food and it was sitting there the whole time so it was cold. They also forgot my hot chocolate and when they gave it to me after I corrected their mistake it came out with chunks of powder in it. Thank you dunkin for ruining my Christmas.
I want to hopefully bring awareness to the owner that you might want to check on your employees. There is something seriously wrong with a Cpl at least there. Very violent behavior. I don’t have the energy to write everything that happened but would be happy to provide info if any one reaches out. I think someone may need some help that works there. And one lady that works there I’m not sure if they rubbing off on another but I believe that someone may need help. Also coffee is bitter I was concerned for people that may want to do there job there very toxic violent atmosphere.

2. plain bagels
3. maple donuts

It’s 4:45 AM on 11/27/24 I came into this Grafton. Dunkin’ Donuts stood at the counter, said hello a woman came over didn’t speak a word. I told her what I’d like to have a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and a $25 gift card. She pointed out the gift card rack and said pick one so I did she cash me out, walked away, prepared my food set it on the counter not saying a word again came back two minutes later with my coffee didn’t say a word again when I walked out since there’s nobody in the store I said, thank you very much. Have a great day no reply again. when did it become acceptable not to talk to a customer during the entire transaction?
I understand it’s difficult to find help these days, but was truly dumbfounded, as to the level of disrespect and rudeness that I incurred. Before writing this review, I check the others and they were all negative. I’m not one to do this typically.
But I felt it was necessary for the owners to hear if they do read this at all? I personally met the owners years ago when they open this location they’re very friendly very nice people with multiple locations. I hope they don’t allow this to continue in the store in Grafton.
