Worst subway!! Please do not go or order from here. The employees are liers. Online order screwed up completely and lied to me that they toasted and when I come home and open, it was not toasted and sandwich was almost just bread and not much stuff added as per the order. This has happened to me few times and I will never go at this subway location. I will call subway headquarters and report this location for audit. The place is a mess and I am sure they will fail inspection

The bread is so stale I wouldn’t put it out for the birds. I tried to call 10 mins after purchasing and nobody answered the phone 3x. Apparently it’s policy not to answer the phone after 1 of the 5 customers this place sees in a day, because it’s likely to complain about the quality of food they received.

The foot long cheesesteak sub was fine. The soda dispenser was not working and I had to buy a bottled soda. The person working was not visible when I walked in and spoke with a heavy accent. As I was not sure of what she was saying I didn't order much. The store looked clean. There was nobody else in the store. Shared plaza parking lot.

Poor customer service....I walked into this location and the two staff members were chatting - totally fine. They stopped and one came over to take my order. Once I ordered, they continued their conversation the entire time as if I wasn't there...The food was fine, what you'd expect from subway, just disappointed that they didn't care about the customer.
Workers here are incompetent and CANNOT communicate in english . I asked for a salad and the workers made me feel like I was crazy .

Been eating at Subway for decades went to this location today got what I always get something was bad think it was the Mayo tasted really bad could not eat it don't think I'll be going to Subway again

A week or so ago, I did an online order for delivery. I had ordered 2 salads plus a 6 inch sub. The sub was fine. But if I had a way to bring the salads back, I would have. Whoever did the salads basically took 1 salad and split it into 2 bowls. I didn't pay all that money to get 2 half salads. Won't be doing another order.

I placed a order for a chicken Cesar wrap. Girl wanted me to pay $11.40 for a small, which should have been $6.99. Told her to keep it.

Ordered on the Subway app. Said it was going to be ready and waited 20 mins to pick it up. Had to wait another 15 mins for her to acknowledge me. Then find out she hadn’t prepared the order at all and had to wait for her to do that. Don’t indicate it’s ready when it’s not. Same lady and this has happened twice now. Picked up 5:40pm on Sunday 4/28/24. Manager, please speak to your employee.

Terrible service. Walked in, and the woman asked what bread I wanted, I answered with footlong Italian bread, please. She proceeded to grab Italian herbs and cheese. I say it's supposed to be Italian, she said oh not herbs and cheese. I said no. She asks what kind of sandwich, I say ham. She then puts 4 slices of ham and then grabs salami and starts putting that on. I say oh it's only supposed to be ham. She then proceeded to take the salami off and throw it back and only leave 4 slices of ham on my sandwich. Does t ask me if I want anything else and then just puts my sandwich down and doesn't say another word. So I asked for cookies and a medium drink. And still no words. So I put my card in and she just walks away and doesn't say anything else. Seems pretty rude to me that she didn't listen and then gets mad at me for it. Clearly the woman doesn't listen and has bad communication skills.
This Subway generally has only 1 or 2 employees on and rarely has employees who can communicate in English.I ordered an Elite Turkey, Bacon, Ranch for my husband that was adequate except that it was dripping with an excessive amount of dressing.Mine was a #15 Titan Turkey. For dietary reasons, I had to eliminate the cheese and mayo.The woman could barely understand my order. Her comments and questions were indecipherable. A younger woman came to her rescue who had a mediocre command of English. They asked the same questions several times and still got kept getting things wrong.When I got our sandwiches home, I found three slices of hard, dry turkey and a minimal amount of paper-thin vegetables.I weigh only 110 lbs.. I usually only eat half of a foot-long ginder. When I finished this entire sandwich, I still needed to find something else to eat.

Felt so bad for workers. Went in yesterday and it was so hot, it was unbearable. Thermostat read 89. Workers said that it's always hot and it was 93 at lunch time. Place should be shut down. I am putting in complaints with BBB and attorney General.
