It's so nice to go to a big warehouse that isn't overrun. The location is great, the selection is usually good -- no trying to guess what'll be in stock when you're shopping -- and the people working there are nice. (Also, the prices. Yay for the prices!)
I've been to this location roughly three times and, of course each encounter is different. One thing I would say is I'm pleased with the convenience of the location. Another thing is some of the food items they have are actually good. However, that's based on whose cooking! BJ's Market has been here for yearsssss & it's definitely time for an upgrade! It's not welcoming to look at and, doesn't give that appeal that I believe it should have. I think they could offer more items...read full review

Customer Service started helping an employee in the middle of returning an item for me, even though there was a free Customer Service rep available. No one said anything to me; they just left me standing there and then seemed to get annoyed when I asked them to repeat something cause I didn't know who he was talking to. A little petty I admit but you are the face of the company, all I got was a 'yup' to my thanks, and no response to my 'have a good one' -guess I'll just fk myself
