Just from my breakfast today, I can't recommend the new Freedom Cafe, aka Bonnie Bees, enough.
The Irish Benedict was the best I've had. And I've had many benes in my life. The egg was cooked perfectly. Ho' made hash. Just the right amount of hollandaise sauce. Yum!
Wifey had to compliment Jason the chef for his light and fluffy pancakes.
Their menu has something for everyone.
Looking forward to being a regular!
