I love this place and their food. The service can be slow sometimes but that is because they have so many regulars that come in and the staff likes to see how their day is going. For the most part, since I moved to Greenfield, Ma. From East Texas, I get good service but sometimes I feel like I've been forgotten. I hope to give them some East Texas favorites that I think even people from this area would enjoy like Frito Pie for one. The prices are good and you get a good amount of food for the price. I just wish they were open longer than 3 PM. It would be so AWESOME to have dinner here and then go next door to Greenfield Gardens Movie Theater. Give it a try when you're in Greenfield. Brad's Place ?!!

Rude phone service! called in for a pick up order and the man who answered the phone had no patience. Within SECONDS he was telling me to “Hurry Up” as if my order was a chore for him. I don’t care how busy you are or how good you think your food is, if you don’t want phone orders then don’t answer the phone.

Food is good. Line cooks are too chatty with staff and customers and that slows down service, and quality of meal.

Fried potatoes were greasy with a weird taste. Eggs overdid twice and the tables and chairs were dirty with stuck-on food and said to be just cleaned.

Eggs overcooked. Corned beef hash burnt. Cash only. Typical atmosphere for a counter service breakfast place.

The thing about Brad's is that the food is just ok and the service is slow but it's got such a sweet vibe and my kiddo loves sitting at the counter and ordering a stack of pancakes.

Good prices, typical American fare but will customize things for you. Not particularly tasty but acceptable. A drawback is they only take cash.

The food Dan puts out is great and it's so easy to strike up conversations with other customers... small town vibe can't be beat!

Some things change and some don't. At times change is needed and at times "it's not broken, don't fix it!" Brad's is perfect as it is because it's authentic. Owner/ operator and family run a smooth machine and keep everything moving. The menu and food is good home cooking that keep his group of locals make it a great way to start your day.
