The in house waitstaff are a 10/10. The food is the cornerstone new england style american/chinese food. The fried pork dumplings are large pillows of deliciousness that are a crowd favorite. The sushi is good but it is very basic. I expected some variety on the sushi/sashimi entrees but both dishes were comprised of maybe 3 different types of fish. Overall a good spot that we will continue to be patrons of.

We absolutely loved the food here. As many have already mentioned here, they serve generous portion sizes, great value for money. Great service, decent ambiance and awesome food! Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this restaurant for family-friendly spots with great food.

We have been here many times as dine-in customers. The staff have always been very nice and the food has always been good. Tonight, though, we ordered takeout for the first time. What a disaster! ☹️ We ordered online - and paid! - but when we arrived, they refused to give us the food unless we could give them a phone number for the order ... which of course did not exist for an online order. 🤦🏽♂️ The staff was very rude and refused to give us our food or help us in any way without an imaginary, non-existent phone number for an online order. It was bad enough that they made such a terrible policy in the first place, but it was really intolerable that they took the position that it was our fault and refused to help us. ☹️

Everything we ordered was excellent and fresh. Food came out quickly. The variety of options was extensive including sushi as well as Boba. They have lunch specials 7 days a week which were reasonably priced and include soup and rice.

In the 5 years that I have lived in Massachusetts. This is a regular stop for me. I usually get the house lomein, and my coworkers often come here or order from here.
The owner is super friendly and very accommodating.
We have been enjoying the excellent Chinese cuisine from China Gourmet since the 1980s. Usually we get dinner to go and our orders are always ready when promised. This is our top choice.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had anywhere in the world including Africa. I ordered Chicken with Eggplant and when I got back home in Vermont I found they gave me Egg Foo Young instead which was not editable.

I only had 2 items off the menu. The beef sticks (teriyaki) and the thai calamari, a rarity for an Asian establishment in my experience. The beef was pretty much perfect, well seasoned, soft & juicy. The calamari was also delightful. The banana peppers were a weird but welcome addition. I usually skip them, but here it worked to balance out the jalapeños. It is served on a bed of lettuce, which may turn some people off. I ate it and liked it, but I'm a lettuce guy. I will return in the future to try more dishes.
