Same dunkin' brand food and drink, so no complaints there, but their drive thru service is pretty bad. Ordering on the app I usually get a drink and sometimes a donut or something and while they always have the drink ready to go (and correct), they never have the food. I have to remind them at the window. Today they were out of something I ordered so I asked if I would get a refund on the food and they said no, they'd just swap in something else. I get you're busy but come on.
They call it dunkin' donuts but not much of a selection. Grocery store has a better selection of donuts

Ordered 50 munchkins- 25 jelly 25 glazed. Received 25 glazed and 25 chocolate. Got up to the window and had to repeat what I wanted. Kid with a hickey on his neck still got it wrong. I know it's hard to find help but this was just ridiculous.
I went 4 mornings in a row this week the drive through was 10-15 minutes minutes minimum and they messed up my order 2/4 of the days and had the food ice cold on the last day, really not great
