I come here almost daily and get the same thing. This is the only dunks that makes my coffee perfect every single time I order. I always order in my app so I can choose how many swirls, sugars or creams. I know I could in person too but I'm shy and don't like to make it complicated, and this way, they can't accidentally put my order in wrong or something. Anywho, there's a few people that work here that are not teens, one I went to school with, and they deserve a raise! I hope Dunkin sees this and values thier hard workers a little extra. Thanks for making my coffee perfectly♥️

I have ordered numerous orders and every time they arewrong the latest order was I ordered Chai latte and they put coffee in it i called the store and she hung up on me not very professional at all I will be going to federal st from now on

Honestly this place isn’t too bad just depends who’s working and the time of day for what kind of experience you’ll have.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is considered wheelchair accessible however I’d say it’s rather narrow and may be difficult to get to the register if in wheelchair.

Solid dunking experience. The omelette bites and donuts were good. Coffee was good too.
Just Picked up a Doordash order at 10:15 1/17/24 today, and the girl handing me the order gives me an attitude when I ask for the customers receipt. “Uh yeah we don’t have receipts right now but it’s Jordan’s order.” Of course both drinks weren’t in the bag that were ordered. Doesn’t the staff get paid to remember all the items and not give people attitude especially when they forget drinks?
