I have ordered numerous orders and every time they arewrong the latest order was I ordered Chai latte and they put coffee in it i called the store and she hung up on me not very professional at all I will be going to federal st from now on

Honestly this place isn’t too bad just depends who’s working and the time of day for what kind of experience you’ll have.Wheelchair accessibility: It is considered wheelchair accessible however I’d say it’s rather narrow and may be difficult to get to the register if in wheelchair.

Just Picked up a Doordash order at 10:15 1/17/24 today, and the girl handing me the order gives me an attitude when I ask for the customers receipt. “Uh yeah we don’t have receipts right now but it’s Jordan’s order.” Of course both drinks weren’t in the bag that were ordered. Doesn’t the staff get paid to remember all the items and not give people attitude especially when they forget drinks?

The customer service here was so bad it was genuinely laughable. One staff member, Chloe, simply could not focus on taking orders for the life of her. As people were trying to order, she was blatantly interrupting them to banter at/seemingly flirt with coworkers, then turning back to the customer having obviously heard absolutely nothing they said. This happened not just once, but again and again. It took the woman in front of me a very long time to get her to enter in her one coffee order, and as I left, I saw her walking back into the store - clearly, the cashier hadn’t been listening at all and had gotten her order completely wrong. The cashier proceeded to do the exact same thing to me. Cashiers working in food service don’t have to be enthusiastic about it, of course, but this was beyond that - just a hilarious display of chaos. The coffee and food are fine, but just be warned ?
I go here everyday and, multiple times my order is not right, multiple times have been brushed off when I asked to fix till I get sick of waiting and just leave service is terrible!

This place is absolutely nuts in the morning with the parking and the managers there are awful to the staff and customers but as for just the regular works they are not like that . I would not recommend going here when there are 2 other dunkins in town..

Have certain workers at Mohawk trail Duncan said I prefer over others Duncan said I prefer over others will not go to 378 Federal Street unless absolutely necessary they are rude as hell and I don't like them ?295 Federal Street used to be my go-to Dunkin but that is changed they have gone downhill but it also goes to who is on shift
Must try the empanadas.
