This location is closing in a couple weeks, so I wanted to try it one last time. I worked at Friendly's for five years, and there's a lot of nostalgia about the food for me. I get why they're closing. My turkey melt was burned to hell on one side. My loaded waffle fries were not waffle fries, they were loaded regular fries. My sliders were overcooked beyond edibility, both the patties and the buns, which is interesting because when I worked there, we only grilled the inside of the bun. It seems like what I got today was toasted or broiled. The top of the buns was scorched and burnt. The quesadillas were good! And that's the item was most excited about! I've always loved them! I got delivery, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. I only deducted a star on service because I asked for utensils and napkins, and didn't receive any. It's Friendly's. At it's best, it's pretty decent. When this location does it, the best one can hope for is a moderately pleasant simulacrum of decent. Thus order helped me come to peace with the inexcusable fact that I'll likely never eat Friendly's again. I was sad. Now, I'm kind of pumped!

this was the first friendly I’ve ever been to in my whole life, sadly I don’t think I will ever go to another one again. I got a friendlys fribble and it was like drinking overly sweet chocolate milk. I don’t know if somebody put it on a hot plate, or it was made wrong, or I am not getting the point, but it was very thin and watery just ick. my burger did not come with ketchup although perhaps I needed to specify that and nowhere throughout my entire drive-through order was there a single napkin overall disappointed and certainly not worth $23. staff was friendly though.

I've been ordering buffalo chicken from one in Gardner for years and never for an order like I did tonight in a burger size box norm was a full size box with celery and full size chicken strips not where almost all art even a normal size for a nugget let a lone a chicken strips for 11 bucks about for 6 small peices that and a shake for what I paid def wasn't worth it wish I could post the photo

Our service was very quick and our waiter was terrific. The appetizer plate we got was fine, the ice cream was awesome! Dining room was clean but the (men's) bathroom was a mess and the urinal was broken.
