There is so much good here and also lots of improvement needed. The restrooms are very nice and spacious and the whole venue is clean and organized. The restaurant attached is fabulous.The upstairs venue is very nice and perfect for big shows but the downstairs is not good.We saw Of Montreal tonight and they definitely over sold the space and it was incredibly uncomfortable.There are no sight lines at all. Putting a huge band like this on the main floor was a bad choice. The stage is maybe two feet off the ground so if you are a short person don't bother going. We were unable to view the show at all.The other problem is the sound. They can't seem to be able to get any separation and the PA is a tin box.The volume is always too loud and the live music sounds worse even than the house music. The shows always start later than the time listed. Expect everything to start several hours later than stated.I am glad this venue is here and Greenfield certainly benefits from it but I wont be going to shows in the main space until the stage gets taller and the sound gets better.We ended up leaving to enjoy the show from outside looking through the window which gave us a better view of the stage and the sound is much fuller and more resonate from outside. I think we will be rocking it window style from now on!

This place cancels our event less than 8 hours before it was to happen,after being booked for over a month. To make it worse it was so they could put some other band in. That asked last minute.Very unprofessional, and will never be stepping foot in this overpriced establishment again.
