These folks are with it. They have well made, delicious local vegan ice creams, they have vegan beverage additions, vegan cones. Super accessible location right downtown, friendly staff, cute and accessible curbside outdoor seating area. I will return. Had the FoMu grasshopper, which is typically out of my palettes comfort zone and loved it. Kinda pricy! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-19
They always have a couple really nice vegan ice cream flavors (from FoMu) and a sorbet or 2. You can get whatever flavor you want as a milkshake also. They also have vegan whipped cream and oat milk for lattes or cold brew coffee. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. Nice employees and great outdoor seating area (usually with a cute dog or 2 ?)
Discovered this little ice cream shop across the street from where we were having lunch, and we are glad we did. All the ice cream they serve here is locally made from several locations around Greenfield and the flavors we were told change based on what is made by the locals. The prices are reasonable for the serving portion, and you can choose from cup or cone, but getting a cone comes with an additional cost as well as any topping you might want. We did not see it because we sat at a single table out in front, but I guess there is additional seating close by, we just did not see it. Parking can be a challenge at times, and it is all metered parking. The staff member we had was extremely friendly, funny and a pleasure to interact with. Finally, sorry there are no photos of what we ordered, but once we had that ice cream in our hands, taking photos was no longer our concern, it tasted that good. Highly recommend this location if you love ice cream, especially homemade and not supermarket brands.

Gosh people have terrible taste in ice cream. This was extremely bland, thick and not good ice cream. Gigantic portion will likely please your kids, though. I dumped it in the trash.

Ice Cream Alley: awesome ice cream, awesome location, awesome people! I'm a wedding photographer who joined one of my couples here for a quick treat a while back. The staff working that day were very accommodating and didn't mind my photo-taking; this was really cool to my and my clients appreciated it. Everything, including the cones, were a hit!

Tried the fig ice cream as well as the vegan lemon meringue pie. Everything was great. I could not believe the lemon meringue was vegan. First it was so creamy and second it tasted exactly like a lemon meringue pie. Also tried peppermint stick which was great too. If you get a sundae, the chocolate sprinkles are home made which is a cool touch.

Awesome little place that always has a nice selection of vegan ice cream and sorbet.
I ambitiously tried to deliver three delicious looking milkshakes several blocks away. I somehow got them into the car just fine and sat them on a flat surface and made it all the way to the street before they all toppled over and made the biggest mess our car had ever seen... Sadly not one milkshake survived, I could almost taste the cold creamy goodness!Beyond Disappointed, I called Ice Cream Alley and spoke to the management who were a bit shocked by my claim that not even one milkshake survived this fiasco. They also informed me that they did not provide me lids because we'd asked for whipped cream on top but they would be willing to provide us with new milkshakes upon my promise that I would bring a helping hand to ensure successful delivery.Thankfully I was able to return shortly after we performed a major passenger seat cleanup effort and retrieve the 2nd round of milkshakes. We pooled together what cash we had remaining to show our gratitude in the form of a tip cup drop and then all rejoiced while sipping some VERY YUMMY MILKSHAKES!Thank you @Ice Cream Alley for your patience and understanding! We look forward to returning in the future, perhaps for a dish next time...
Everyone loves it!
I have had great ice cream, and this place, despite its size, is SO big on the flavor and vibe: the varied, changing choices keep every visit unique-- The counterperson was so inviting to try different kinds -- this typically vanilla guy found several he liked- it was hard to choose.... they ended up "splitting' one scoop so I could have two flavors--. What really was the kicker for me-- is the dog version of a treat...that my dog, so carefully ate--so out of character--he was over the moon-- I cant decide whether the help I got--or the ice cream-- or the vibe is on top but they all were top notch for me and Bruno!
